I personally love the color
The color is a vanilla kind of off white, not yellow but leans that way. I personally love the color. The fabric is pretty good for the price I paid, I love matelassé and alto this one is on the thin side, it is much better than a normal cotton or poly fabric. It has a lot of body to it. It is not particularly well made-and some stitching is uneven in places. The decking is not fabric-so be careful when you iron it or you will melt it. I used a steamer. Make sure the 14" drop will work for you, it will be too short for a lot of folks. I was using it on an older bed frame that isn't very high and it worked fine. Even with all the negatives I point out, I gave it a 4star because it is better than anything else at this price.

Works great, looks nice!
I read the reviews and was cautiously optimistic about the quality of this bedskirt--it turned out to work great!! The material that lays over the bed frame is thin like other reviewers mentioned. Though, I didn't have any issues with the tearing as I didn't think it was too delicate. The quilted skirt material isn't the fanciest, high end made, but who cares since you don't look at the underside. The fabric is quality enough, I'm glad it is not shiny like cheap fabrics. It also looks easily washable. Once I put the skirt on the bed frame, I used a couple pieces of packing tape to tape the top end to the bed frame so it would stay in place better when I put the mattress on top. The corner folds are better than some other bed skirts I've tried---one corner piece folds under the other so it keeps shape nicely. The pics and description on amazon are accurate. Thanks to all the reviewers who helped me with my purchase:)

Very nice bed skirt!
This is very lovely and looks exactly as described. The drop length is perfect for my bed, as it hangs down to the floor. It's a nice, thicker material that makes it hang well with a more tailored look. Bright white. The slits overlap like they should on the sides. It came a little wrinkled (not too bad though), but I chose not to put it in the dryer to remove the wrinkles because the material that actually lays on the box spring is very thin and looks like it could easily tear. I think if it were ironed, it would look perfect. Very happy with this purchase!

This bedskirt is exactly as advertised and arrived promptly. I like the texture of the fabric which is lightweight but doesn't feel or look cheap. I washed and dried it before putting it on the bed and it came out wrinkle free and fit our cal king bed pretty well. Only gave 4 stars because the piece at the foot of the bed is a little long. I decided to just tuck it in a little for now, may hem at a later date. The side pieces hit just above the floor which is what I wanted and the corner match and do not gap. Seems to be very good value for the price.

SO cheaply made. Bought 2 and BOTH were ripped.
I felt hopeful about this bedskirt. I read reviews saying it was cheaply made but I took the chance anyway. I’ve been searching for a tailored white Matelasse bedskirt that was reasonably priced, but I guess you get what you pay for. While the bedskirt fit my queen sized bed nicely, it had two significant rips where the skirt meets the fabric that lays over the box spring. Photos attached. The part that goes over the box spring is the cheapest, thinnest, flimsiest papery/synthetic material. And if you iron the skirt, which you will need to do to get the wrinkles out, don’t you dare let your iron touch the synthetic fabric for even half a second or it will melt and ruin your iron. Why the manufacturer would choose this kind of material when the skirt portion itself is decent enough, I don't know. But they ultimately made a product that is useless because it rips immediately. I spent a half hour ironing the skirt, taking all my bedding off my bed, picking up the mattress, laying down the new bedskirt, putting the bed back together, only to have two large holes. What a waste of time and money. Amazon shouldn’t sell this product and it should be recalled for its defectiveness. I will be returning this. *UPDATE: After returning the ripped bed skirt and receiving the new one, I just took it out of the packaging and it is ripped in the EXACT SAME SPOTS as the other bed skirt. I mean REALLY. I'm returning this one as well. What waste of time and money - TWICE!

Clean lines
Wrangling the bedskirt between the mattress and box spring, the skirt ripped away from the main piece. Entirely my fault, but I was disappointed it was so flimsy. I’ll have to see it as some point, but for now, I’ve tucked the skirt edge up under the mattress.

Shirting the bed
You get what you pay for! I gave this product 4 stars as the skirt has a few (<5) small places (>½ inch) where it is not properly attached to the cloth that goes between the mattress and the box springs. I just ignored them as they don't show but could have fixed them easily with a needle and thread. Suspect that most items of this product will be fine.

Great for the price!
The part that covers the boxspring is VERY thin and actually seems like paper. I'm not sure how well this will hold up, in the wash. At least it's the color I was hoping for. It's exactly like the picture. It looks a lot more expensive in real life, too. I'm happy that the price was so reasonable.

This bed skirt fell apart at the seam when it was washed so consequently it has to be thrown out.

I ended up sending this back because it wasn't the quality I was looking for. I was looking for fabric that was thicker and more opaque.
