Great wrist brace
Bought this about a month ago and totally happy with the purchase. A bit of background info: both of my wrists are weak and often hurt thanks to sports injuries about ten years old. If tried at least eight different wrist braces over the years, and this is one of the best. In fact, I'd say it's my favorite one for doing activities where I want to keep my wrist stable. My favorite one for sleeping in is theFuturo Night Wrist Sleep Support, Adjustable There are really two things that make this wrist brace superior to most on the market. 1. There are three splints in this puppy. One large one that rests on the underside of your wrist/forearm, and two smaller ones on both sides of the straps. All these splints help to keep my wrist from moving as little as possible. Even with all these splints, the brace is still really comfy. 2. This brace is a good length. Most wrist braces are two short--they only cover the wrist and don't help to keep more of your forearm stable. Wrist injuries don't really just effect the wrist...it's all connected. And so, I find that when I wear shorter braces, I have significantly more pain than when I wear longer braces. All in all, an excellent wrist brace. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Works for me
It works to keep my wrist straight at night while sleeping, and that’s the goal. It’s a bit cumbersome, but I’ll imagine anything like this device is. I have tiny hands and the small works for me.

Great for a Reoccurring Hairline Fracture
11 years ago, I slightly factured my wrist during a soccer game. I had a splint for a while, but ended up losing it since my wrist healed, or so I thought. Ever since, I injure my wrist all the time, and the sharp pain comes flooding back. I finally decided to get a stabilizer for it, and this one does the job. Once I got used to this after about an hour, it became really comfortable to wear. It has (3?) metal and/or plastic bars to hold it in place, but they are surrounded by a layer of cushioning, so it isn't uncomfortable. It has great support considering how light it is. I can do the activities I normally do, like drive, type, play video games (keyboard+mouse or controller), do dishes, etc, I even took a nap in it lol. All the while it keeps my wrist from bending in the uncomfortable position. I see a lot of complaints about how long the straps are, but you can just fit them to size and then trim them. :) Note: My wrists are exactly 6", and I have very small hands, so I feel like the part that goes over my hand has some wiggle room with the size small, but buying the smaller size to compare sounds like a pain. Edit: After using this a couple of days, I really wish I had purchased the XS instead. The XS size is meant for up to size 5.5" wrists, but even though my wrist is 6", I have to pull the size S as tightly as it can go, and there's still some slight wiggle room. I feel like if I had sized down, I could adjust the straps to allow it to fit better. Edit #2: After about 2 weeks of wearing this a lot, some of the fabric must have warped/stretched, making me have to close the brace as tightly as possible in order to get the support I need. I ended up giving in and getting the smallest size to try. I will test it out and report back in a week with the results. For now, I'm dropping this to 3 stars, because I'm under the impression that the fabric might stretch out easily? Hopefully I have better luck with the XS!

Great to sleep in if you have carpal tunnel.
I have always wore these on my right hand since I had hand surgery and I'm right handed. I needed this to sleep in (recommended by my doctor) for my left hand because I think I'm getting carpal tunnel. I've wore it to bed every night since I got it and my hand feels better in the morning. :) Thank you!

The best wrist and elbow support
Fits snuggly, frame is firm so it does its job of keeping the wrist straight and immobile, material is not hot; it's lightweight, not bulky, not cumbersome, easy to slide forearm in and out, and cloth under straps provide comfort. As for the long straps, all you need to do is cut the extra lengths after you've fit them onto the Velcro, allowing some length allowance for adjustments of tightness. Cut rounded ends so no pointed corners to catch on anything, and you're set. I wake up with no pain every time I wear this at night.

It's comfortable and not too bulky
Got this after wrist surgery from a bike accident. It's comfortable and not too bulky. If you're REALLY tender, the metal might be more hindrance than help, but other than that I find this item works great for me. I wear it while riding in case of another crash. It does not become a liability during the ride. As with ALL things Velcro, eventually the Velcro wears out, but I certainly think you'll get your 12 bucks out of this first.

works wonderfully for my ra
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis four months ago. It was the most painful pain I have experienced when it was a full blown attack. I have tried several braces and this is by far the very best for me. I had terrific pain in the wrist and forearm due to inflammation of ligaments and tendons. This brace helped me tremendously and I highly recommend it.
