Very popular among fellow campers

Brought this along to a youth campout. I underestimated how popular this would be, it created its own little group area. Handled probably 8 kids from 10- 14 and a little one jumping without incident. Everyone liked it and said it was very comfortable. Only issue I see is it’s color being so light it gets dirty quick. A slip cover would be great for this if one can fit it. It’s a fairly large couch. With a cover and a few additional pillows this could fit into any room decorated any way really. Not sure how well it will stand up over time but as long as someone doesn’t sit on it with keys or something it should be fine. I actually like that the seats are extra cushions as a puncture won’t make the entire thing unusable then. Might be easier to find a leak in a smaller pillow than the entire couch.

Better than I expected

I needed a smaller apartment temporarily. My furniture won’t fit in this space. The building I’m living in is sketch. I don’t want to have any of my good stuff here and keeping it all in storage. In the meantime, I was getting tired of sleeping on the floor on an inflatable mattress and decided to get this inflatable sofa. I love it. It’s comfortable. It’s larger than I expected. And the quality is really great. Best of all it’s immune to insects. And I can deflate it and pack up when I bounce from here.

Did not last

I purchased two. On one sofa the cushion kept deflating. It was a challenge getting Intex support to replace the cushion. They do not have the sofa as an option to choose under furniture in their online support form. I choose "other" and attached photos and as much information as I could only to receive a reply to fill out another online form. I chose to return that one. Now the second one cushion the inside seam became unattached therefore it lost it's flat shape now making it round which is difficult to sit on. Now this one structure has a hole in it and has deflated. I was able to get 2 months use. If you could just get replacement cushions would have been a decent sofa. Sturdy enough to hold up to 800 lbs comfortable enough to lay on and very easy to clean.

The company does not sell replacement cushions.

It's a nice couch for the price, however please understand that if one cushion breaks you have to buy an entirely new couch since Intex does not sell replacement cushions. Also, there is a patch kit included but you better hope that if you have to patch a hole, it's not on the top of the cushions because it has a velor type of texture on top of the cushions. If you're looking for quick seating for moving, it works. If you have a 7-year-old, forget about it.

Not worth the hassle

I wanted to write a positive review to give hope to perspective buyers but I am not able. As much as I wanted this product to work, it was a significant waste of time and money. In the interest of being thorough, here are my thoughts: PROS - In a technical sense, it fits the functional criteria of ‘couch’. It looks like a couch and you can sit on it. CONS (in no particular order) - It takes an extremely long time to inflate and you will be re-inflating it on a daily basis. The process is loud and annoying so, if you live in an apartment, forget about inflating it in the evenings. This “couch” is going to be your day-time project. - There are cracks in it. Ok, so you’re reading the reviews. You’ve seen the complaints but assume it’s just an odd handful of experiences. Maybe they’re from a few months or years ago. Maybe the product has improved. It hasn’t. The left arm of my “couch” deflated dramatically no matter how much care I took when inflating it. The worst part is that I couldn’t find the exact spot that the air was leaking from so consider that “tape” they provide useless. - Due to the cracks and the tedious amount of time it takes to re-inflate, if two people sit on it, it quickly becomes a see-saw. - It is heavy and not easy to carry/transport. - It is not comfortable unless you cover it with blankets. I assume, if like me, you’re drawn to this “couch” for function rather than aesthetics. I advise that you take into account how you will feel when your home starts to look like a dorm room. No matter how much you like your other furniture, this “couch” will cheapen your entire home and reduce how enjoyable you find your surroundings. - Perhaps the most important factor to take into account: This product exists to pray on your vulnerability and desperation. I am waiting on my couch to arrive so I decided to get this product as I wait. Being at home during the pandemic and not having anywhere to lounge but the bed or desk was affecting my well-being. I know that sounds dramatic but over time, I started to feel uncomfortable and desperate for comfort. This “couch” exhibits itself as the temporary solution without breaking the bank. I urge you to consider other options. This is not a solution. It is little more than a cash grab to pray on your desperation. You can get couches secondhand. Two weeks after purchasing this, my neighbour advertised his for $30. I bought it and it put into perspective how much of a hassle and burden this product had become. This inflatable behemoth now lives in the depths of the closet. It is near impossible to fold back into the box so it is sprawling out like a unrelenting weed - a fitting metaphor for the two weeks that I used this product. One star given for the one pro - it is technically a couch. Second star given because it was acceptable while I was desperate but after the short period that I had used it, I realised that I had been manipulated into accepting the terrible downsides of this product out of my own desperation.

Great temporary coach!

First of all, be sure to order an electric pump when ordering the couch because there isn’t one included. I already had one so it wasn’t a. If deal to me, but I did want to put that out there. This thing is a life saver! If you’re looking for a temporary or even permanent couch there truly is no need to look any further. My kids lay all over it, bounce around on it, we watch movies together and things get crazy when they’re playing video games. LOL This couch has not been a disappointment, definitely worth the price and even more. If you’re considering a futon I would suggest this couch any day. I’ve owned multiple futons in the past and this air couch gets the gold as far as comfort and even durability. So glad I spent the $115 dollars. Not one dollar went to waste. ???? I’ve had the couch for a little over a month now. I recently had to inflate it for the second time since receiving it due to the weather dropping and the couch loosing a bit of its firmness, which is to be expected with anything inflatable. Just thought I’d through that out there. I do not have any dogs or cats and I don’t allow my kids to eat on it, so I can’t speak on that but I will say again…go ahead and buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

Hard to inflate, but makes a decent couch

Air pump didn't work for the cushions and was a struggle with the armrests, but once I got it all aired up, it made a decent couch for the money spent, not as comfortable as a regular couch, but hey, not much over $100 for a couch this size is a pretty decent trade off

L shaped inflatable sofa

It's big, fairly comfortable but needs a little bit of air every other day or so. The cushions are separate and tend to slip forward a bit. However that means you can inflate the body of the sofa quite firm and adjust the cushions pressure for comfort. Over all worth the money.

Brilliant! Great quality.

Gorgeous! I love it. After a house fire, & having to move into a temporary unfurnished flat. I was delighted to find this! It looks & feels like a real sofa. Easy to inflate with an electric air pump, which I purchased for it, for less than £10.00. Everyone who sees it thinks it is a real corner unit! It is very spacious, easily sits 5-6 people! Quick delivery. Would highly recommend both product & seller!

Beyond Expectation!

We would highly recommend this sofa. We had purchased an apartment which was to be leased to a tenant 1 month after we bought it. The lease was an unfurnished lease, but we needed to live in it for 2 weeks. This sofa was the perfect solution for us. It came from Spain, but only took 1 week to arrive. There was no pump. We got a pump at a camping shop and it was inflated in no time. Once it was in place it was hard to believe it was inflatable. During our 2 week stay we only had to top it up with air twice. It was perfect and looked really good.

Great product and well made

This is amazing. Bought for out caravan awning and it's great. It's more comfortable and bigger than the sofa in my lounge. Hopefully it will last well but only time will tell it seems very well made and other intex products we have bought have lasted no problem for years if looked after.

It looks the part but is not really robust enough ...

It looks the part but is not really robust enough for 4 adults to sit on. Some of the internal seams started to come apart and then air leaks started. Soon used up the repair kit.
