Love being able to adjuct for different size cup

I installed this in our pantry and it has been wonderful, guests can easily grab a cup and get a drink. Has a top lid which keeps cups clean as well

Looks Great Fits Most 18oz Red and Clear cups

Looks great next to my stainless and black water cooler! It does fit 2 different types of 18 oz Red plastic cups that I’ve tried so far and they were both a different store brand, and it fits 18 oz clear plastic cups. The popular name brand 18 oz Red Square cups however Do Not work well at all, even on the loosest setting. You have to really struggle and put in more effort than necessary to just retrieve a cup, and If successful, maybe 2 or 3 cups get stuck together and come out all at once. It’s not worth the effort to use the name brand Square Red cups. Stick to a store brand of 18 oz Red cups or any 18 oz clear cups and you shouldn’t have any problems if using it on the loosest setting. I’m very happy with this product. Oh, and to keep it shiny and free of fingerprints….get a dry cloth, add just a little olive oil to it, and wipe it down until dry and shiny.

Great for the adjustable size

Received this product after trying 3 others that would not fit a 16oz party cup for my camper. The install took about 5 minutes. There is 2 tabs that need to be screwed into the wall and that is all the install needed. The bottom is adjustable to fit the size cup you need. Should we decide to use this for a different cup later it's just a matter of taking it off the wall and adjusting one screw and that's it. Makes life alot easier and clears up space in the counters. This is a commercial grade product so it is a bit more expensive than I preferred. however the value is still there for home use in my opinion.

Works really well!

At first I was concerned to order this due to the reviews. But I am thankful that I did. Just read the instructions so you can adjust the opening at the bottom for the cup size that you desire. It does make the kitchen look a little bit like a diner or an office space but I actually really enjoy it. I’ve decided to put up some diner designs.

Easy to install and adjust for a variety of cup sizes.

I am using 16 oz paper coffee cups with rims. The dispenser was easy to install, adjust, and refill. Love that the stainless steel container has a lid to keep cups clean. Coordinates well with my appliances. Just what I needed to organize and free up cabinet space !

Exactly what we were looking for

We were looking for a dispenser to fit the Uline 16 oz cups (3-7/8" at its widest point), and these fit them perfectly! We've only had them up for about 2 weeks, but everything is working like it should.

Red cups from C0stco (mostly) fit

Ordered to hold those popular red cups from that membership store and they mostly fit. The dispenser is easily adjusted for cup size and with it all the way open it hold the red cups pretty well. They do hang once in a while and it takes a pretty strong pull to get them to release but that is the fault of the large lip on the cup more than the dispenser. Installed next to a basement fridge and it has been fantastic; holds tons of low cost cups and keeps them all dust free. Built like a tank for commercial use so in my installation it will outlast me.

only purchase if you know exactly what you're getting

This item cannot be returned even though there is no indication of this anywhere. Although I purchased it as a PRIME eligible item and it was SOLD BY AMAZON, amazon is telling me to contact the manufacturer directly if I am unsatisfied in any way. The product dimensions are not accurately listed on the product page and I am unable to use this product. and now I'm left with a super expensive metal tube I cannot use. Very unhappy. update: emailed manufacturer and did not hear back. I'd rate this whole experience 0 stars if I could.

Cups get stuck

I like how they’re are no cups sitting out on the counter. But you do have to pull really hard to pull the cups out
