It works
It's a soap dispenser that does what it's suppose to do. Only complaint is that it's hard to see the level of soap in the reservoir. It did arrive when promised and at a good price.

This dispenser is bipolar
So, I am having a tough time rating this dispenser. When I first installed it in my 3 person office, it leaked like a sieve. I thought I was going to have to return it and get something else. Since this brand name is HUGE in the industry, I thought that there is no way this leaking was normal. I considered the viscosity of the soap I was using, but the brand had hundreds of 5 star reviews, so I thought that was likely not the problem. Just before I was about to rip it off the wall, it started holding the soap properly. It went several days without a single drop. Then one morning I found it had leaked out probably half of a cup of soap overnight.... And continued to leak a bit for a couple of days. Now it is back to not leaking at all for several days.... Very frustrating and confusing. When it isn't leaking, it works fantastically. Really frustrated with the inconsistency so far though. Not sure if I am going to keep it.

Pretty good
Does what it is supposed to do. Seems sturdy. Has only been in use a few weeks.

Works well and is of good quality.
The item itself works well. I've ordered a few of these and the good part is, you aren't tied down to buying those expensive brands that require their own refills. If you are planning to screw it into the wall, you should be fine. However, if you have tile and don't want to screw it through, the downside is that the adhesive doesn't seem to stay stuck on. Over time, it loosens and comes off. It's happened to several of them that I've bought but other than that, it's a very worthwhile item.

Great for restaurants!
I replaced hands-free with these units. No batteries required, no waving your hand around to make it work - it's manual so it just works! I fill it with foaming soap from Arcot and it comes out foamy, no leaking. Great, great, great product.

Hard for kids to use
I have this 3 stars because I bought this to use in my home daycare and all of the kids struggle pushing the button in to get the soap. I would recommend for adults or older kids, but not preschool age.

Posted at entrance door for everyone to use, works wonders.
They’re good pieces to have posted near entrances and bathrooms. Don’t even have to drill just use a thumbtack and I just use an small piece of double sided gorilla tape at bottom to keep it from shifting.
