Know what you're about to buy.
This toy is not for beginners. It is too long, too thick, and too textured for a beginner toy. If you are a beginner, try something smoother and with less girth, probably in the neighborhood of 1-1.5 inch diameter. This toy is perfect for intermediate / advanced users. It's exactly what I expected and there is no need to consider returning it. It has high quality construction that I think will last years with proper care. I ordered the 19" version and measured when it arrived to make sure I didn't get the 18" version (mix-ups like this happen in Amazon warehouses all the time). Usage notes: I bought the spiral pattern version which I will describe as both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, the spiral texture is pleasing, exciting, and adventurous. I like it and I'm happy I bought this version. However, sometimes I kind of wish I had bought the smooth version because these spiral ribs are quite high and can cause discomfort if the toy is used for long sessions or extended vigorous motion. The ribs can get caught on the sphincter at the top of the rectum which can sometimes be pleasurable and sometimes not. So it depends on what you like. Just know that these spiral ribs are not shallow. Quality notes: Yes, there is an odor, but it does fade quickly as it is washed after each use. I would say the odor starts at "noticeable but not repugnant" when the package is opened, and reduces by 50% after each use. It's not a deal-breaker. It is normal for the material. It causes no discomfort. It is not a reason to return the product. The toy is sturdy, heavy, and will last a long time. Suction: the most powerful suction I have ever seen! Note for the biologically challenged: the average length of the final, vertical portion of the end of the large intestine is roughly 17", so this is the toy to fill you up if that's what you're looking for! Perfect for exploring deep
If you're somewhat of a beginner to anal exploration, this is probably not your starting point, but sooner or later you'll probably end up here and beyond. I would recommend starting with a typical 5 pcs anal dilator kit, before working up to larger toys. Once you're comfortable with taking 2.5" dia, then why not explore depth? It's a different skill set (lol) I would suggest starting off with the small or medium one first, to thread the needle and lead the way, before moving up to this badboy. Use plenty of silicone lube and slowly thread this into place. Let your body do the work. Don't force it. Allow your inner sphincter to open up with gentle in and out movements up against it, and eventually it will open up and then you'll be able to feed this in all the way to the base in no time. its like a roto-rooter for your body and helps straighten out that turn to the left into the sigmoid colon. I highly recommend. Many people consider anal play taboo, unnatural, only something that gay and porn actors do, and of course it's gross coz it's where your solid bodily waste is evacuated from. but if you thoroughly clean your lower colon out with a deep enema before playing, then you can eliminate any chances of poop showing up, but even so, stop being so damn squeamish over something that's not difficult to clean up anyway. People that never explore the intense pleasure that anal stimulation can deliver , are really missing out on such incredible experiences, it's such a shame. There is nothing abnormal about a human being exploring their body and pleasuring themselves, and there's the added benefit that the better you know your own body then the better you can help a partner feel those same sensations.

Black in this material sometimes people
This is a alright shape and I like the length but it is ONLY available in black. The dye used to make this material black causes about 10% of the time to having a burning sensation on contact. Also it appears the black color "leaks out" if you wipe off the lube with a white cloth or toilet paper, it appears blueish green to me. It says what it is, and os long and thick as described. Sadly I am one of those folks that dye (That makes it black.) burns my tissues on contact. Not an incredible burn, but very irritating after use. So it is useless to me, I tossed it. All these ones are in black, so they are not any good for me. They are under $40 (When I bought it ) so it's not a huge financial loss.

I order the spiral, but I got the realistic. It’s not the end of the world but I was a little disappointed. It’s seems fine, no real problems with the product itself. I enjoy anal but just the fact that I’m not gay, I’d prefer not to have a realistic dildo you know!?

I feel like the lid on a sipper cup
I feel like a human lid to one of those sipper cups with the long crinkly straws. But I love it. My voice vibrates when this is rammed in and ripped out. If you get pleasure from ridges popping in and out of you, this is exactly what you want. Doesn’t hold smells. Washes off very easily. Silicone lube safe. Extremely good suction!

19+ inch realistic dildo
The only thing I would change is giving it a tapered head. When the larger head pops around the bend it is quite sudden and gives an uncomfortable twinge. Maybe that will change with experience and maybe I should have started with a small option. Over all though I have enjoyed it since it arrived about an hour ago. I have a friend who really gets off on pegging and fisting me, and we would both love if she could get at least 18 inches deep. Up until now my limit has been 8 inches, but within an hour of slow play with this toy I had about 12 inches inside me. The secret is constant medium pressure and taking deep breaths allowing you abdominal muscles to completely relax on the exhale, combined with lots of lube. Once you feel it pop past the bend for the first time leave it for a minute then pull all the way out, insert a fully loaded lube launcher as deep as you can and squirt it all in. I was able to push past the bend much easier using this process. I think this is going to be a great toy to help us reach our dream of taking Rambone to the balls and maybe even letting her get elbow deep.

Curiously arousing
I now have 3 of these types of toys. Submitting to something that goes in deep, then turns left at the sigmoid and just keeps going is a curiously addictive erotic sensation. My first toy was something that started of thin (like this product) but tapered to something quite large. I bought this to see how deep I could comfortably take something. Comfortable is important when playing with these "toys". This arrived in a long narrow box (it's a long toy) covered with a large non-see-thru plastic bag. That was inside another larger box padded with the usual Amazon brown packing paper. It wasn't heavy and you'd never guess what was inside. It's quite tacky right out of the box so a good wash with soapy water is needed. I covered the thing in lube, which was a mistake - it's impossible to grip and you (well, I) need a little pressure to navigate that turn in the sigmoid. I'd suggest applying lube as you go so you've a non-slippy section to hold on to. But boy does it feel good as it slowly wends its way inside. I still much prefer the sensation of being full rather than deep, but my submissive nature found the experience positively addictive! This is thin enough to be used by beginners and long enough to be used by the more experienced. I've been a lifelong addict to such things and I could only take 3/4 before it started to feel "unusual", so I stopped there and enjoyed that length. We all have different anatomies and you need to listen to your own body. And do not force it - plenty of lube, gentle rhythmic circling/wiggling with a little pressure and around the bend it goes. This is a great tool for getting lube deep inside for a larger toy. I also bought the "Hosed Flexible Anal Dildo Plug with Ribbed Texture, 19-Inch" at the same time...That is rather larger in diameter and have not yet managed to get that to "turn the corner", but it's still a lovely sensation. I'd advise against using desensitizing creams. If you can't feel you're about to hurt yourself then you could have an embarrassing trip to the Drs. Besides, I've always adored the sensation of being penetrated and this toy allowed me to experience my deepest ever - absolutely wonderful! I wonder if a 2nd one of these would work better than a single fatter one, the 1st acting as a guide of the 2nd. If these were hollow they'd make a great add-on to my enema kit. Hmm, I enjoy an engineering challenge... If you want to go deep or just want something that is extremely supple and flexible then definitely give it a whirl. That done gently does feel very nice;-)

Es fühlt sich einfach nur toll an wie sich dieser Dildo seinen Weg durch den Darm schlängelt. Die letzten 5cm sind bei mir meist etwas schwierig aber wenn er dann einmal komplett drin ist fühlt es sich soooo verdammt geil an.

Es klappt !
Als Neueinsteiger habe ich es bereits erfolglos mit einem anderen 37 cm langen Analdildo versucht in tiefere Regionen vorzudringen doch erst mit diesen 45 cm langen und ca. gut 2 cm dicken Dildo habe ich es endlich geschafft um die erste, scharfe Biegung herum zu kommen und gleich mal mühelos und angenehm 38 cm tief einzufahren. Dank der sanften Spitze kommt man gut voran und der Dildo hat die perfekte Elastizität, nicht zu steif aber vor allem nicht zu weich sonst würde er vor der ersten Biegung wenden und in einer Schleife zurück zum Ausgang wandern was ich mit einem anderen Dildo bereits erlebt habe. Für alle, die es auch mal versuchen möchten werden es mit diesen Modell bestimmt auch schaffen, man braucht nur Geduld und viel Gleitgel.

Flexibility is fine, a little too thin and too easy
I disagree with ither reviews saying its not firm enough. If it was too firm it wouldn't go around the corners. I would say its too thin. Its the longest toy i own yet i got it all in first time as if it was nothing. It felt like nothing. Id recommend this for someone who has never done depth before as it is very easy and comfortable to get in but for anyone who is used to going deep id suggest a slightly thicker toy to actually create a pleasant sensation

Too soft & definitely not stiff enough!. It goes in but you got to introduce more of it bit by bit, you cannot hold it half way along it's length as it just bends away. It just curls up inside of you & then starts coming out of the same hole that you were pushing it into! The ONLY good thing was the length but could not get it inside me due to it being far too floppy! My worst purchase EVER !.
