Metal rack

These look really nice once installed. They hold all the different type spice bottles that I have (standard 4 oz size). However, the second shelf of each is not quite tall enough to get the bottles out with ease... it needs to be lowered. Of the standard size spice bottles, each individual shelf will easily hold 4, or the set of 2 shelf units 16 bottles all together.

Perfect and stylish

Just came today and I'm thrilled ! I haven't installed it yet because I want to spray it copper first. I ordered this as "used , very good" from Amazon's warehouse and it's in perfect condition . Pay close attention to the measurements , though , because it 's narrow... I don't think it will accommodate more than the small spice or herb jars. But it has personality to spare. LOVE love it

Very handy jars, hard-to-use labels

This is a set of twelve 4 oz spice jars with labels. The jars measures just over 1.5” square x 4” tall. They come with plastic shaker tops that have a lift-up pouring section for faster flow and metal lids. They also come with a sheet of 12 black labels. I have found these jars incredibly useful for storing craft supplies. After receiving my first set free for review, I immediately ordered 3 more sets because they are just what I need for storing and using colored sand. The shaker tops allow me to shake sand evenly, and the lift-up sections of the tops allow me to return unused sand back into the jars without pulling the shaker tops off. The lids all fit securely. The only thing that I didn’t like was the labels, which are made of black vinyl. If you were going to try to write on these labels, you would need a special pen, like a bright silver sharpie. No ordinary pen or ordinary sharpie will leave a readable mark on these labels. And I can’t imagine trying to write on them with chalk since they are small and no chalk will let you write legibly in such a small surface. I ended up making my own labels for these jars with white sticker paper, which worked much better. But I also found that there is something odd about these jars—the glass seems to repel masking tape and other types of adhesives. When I tried to make supplemental labels and stick them to the sides of the jars instead of the tops, every thing I tried (masking tape and sticker paper) seemed to jump right off the glass and absolutely refused to stick. But overall, these jars are a great storage solution for craft supplies or spices, as long as you are prepared to make your own labels (if you don’t have a silver sharpie that can write on black).

Cute but could be wider

These are very cute but I wish they were a tad wider! They fit most basic spice bottles but don't fit any bigger McCormick sizes without a fight. Other than that they are beautiful and I have 4 cause they're just too darn cute.

Weak caps

The glass is sturdy. The caps are not as strong as those I find on store-bought spice jars. I use these for organizing my daily supplements. It has reduced the drudgery of opening a dozen supplement jars every day. For an hour every two weeks to fill them, this worked out nicely.

Great design, just too tall for my spice drawer

In our kitchen remodel, we now have a 5 drawer pull out spice cabinet and we needed to purchase containers that would fit. According to my measurements the bottles (with lid) need to be no taller than 4 & 1/16". As this was advertised as being 4" tall, I thought i was golden. Sadly as soon as I got them, I noticed they were a bit tall and indeed they are. Even without the lid I am not able to close my spice drawer. After getting the measure tape out, I am seeing that these are actually 4 & 1/4" (or 4 & 4/16") tall and thus will not be usable. If you are Not bound by a height issue, this is a GREAT set, I love how big the label is, really takes up the real-estate of the lid

White pieces inside all bottles

The were white specs / shavings of what may be plastic inside the glass bottles. A bit concered since i was not sure where they came from since the bottles were glass. Had to scrub each bottle to make sure they were gone. Very annoying but the bottles were fine afterwards and ready for use.

Great spice jars

Was looking for jars that would organize my spices and these are amazing. I used the labels provided with a chalk marker so I could wash it off if it needed to be changed. The square shape make them very easy to fit together without wasting a lot of space and the glass easily shows if anything is running low. They also come with plastic pieces to turn them into shaker bottles, but I only used those for some spices.

Good size for my needs

Perfect size for area. Because bottom of shelf is wire it can be uneven. Need to check this before or after installation.

Very Nice

This is very very nice. All of my spices were taking up precious space in my pantry. Now I have them hanging where I can clearly see and not have to dig for them and right where I use them. Very well made, sturdy and quite attractive. Arrived quickly. Thank you Amazon. You're the best.
