I found the user manual excessive..

I was afraid to use this after I read the instruction manual. It is so much about how special it is, but if you don't use it properly it is not their fault. I didn't know how careful I had to be with a... Diffuser.. I have have a few thoughts.. First -I don't like misleading advertising and I feel this is misleading.. Since the 10 hour run time doesent point out the 10 min diffusing is follewed by a 20 lull. This interval setting can't be changed. Unless u manually press button. I don't want a 20 min lull between diffusing. The directions are add water to reservoir and don't fill past max line, add a few drops of oil to water. replace cover and press on botton. That is how diffusers work and that is how this one works. (Actually you would be better off buying a different one as they tell you how easy it is to damage.. If you get any water or oil in the chamber (immediately next to the water reservoir) they won't replace or refund( actually Amazon will as just requested to return mine.) I think if you want a diffuser that will really interpret e.oils and give you the purest scent.. This would be best for therapeutic experience. in comparison to other brands of diffusers this one seems to bring out the healing properties of e.oils and I think is why they don't want continuous diffusion.. It may not be considered the best way to experience e.oils.. Also why they are specific about taking care of unit is prob so the therpeautic value isn't comprimised. I think is why they explain the caution and care when using this.

Gets sticky

This is an essential oil diffuser. But they didnt think about the fact that the oil causes the plastic to wear down. Not sure if its the rubberized coat or the paint, but it comes off and gets everywhere.

Great diffuser for a bedroom

I have used the these little diffusers for several years, they tend to last a couple of years. They are not high output which works really for me. Super quiet!

Has a bright white light

This was intended to be used in the bedroom where I’m trying to eliminate all beeps and lights as much as possible. This unit was very appealing to me because of the small size, no beeps, and no crazy lights. While it does operate very quietly and disperses aroma in the bedroom well, the bright white light that stays illuminated while powered on means this unit will not work for me. I hoping because the power light is pointed downward at the bottom of the unit that this would not be a deal breaker for me. However, it is much brighter than I thought it would be and has a rather large glow in a dark room.

My favorite diffuser

For something so small, lasts for so long. I’ve been gifted a lot of other diffusers and this one is my favorite. Others that hold the same amount of water runs an hour or two less. Highly recommend.

Worked very well for 1 year but motor got very loud after that.

Loved the modern Look and worked well but after about 12 months I noticed the motor making a strange noise every once in awhile... we have now had it 18 months and we can't use it without the motor making a really loud growl to the point that it is unusable. For the price I hoped it would last longer.

Simple easy product to use

Amazing product makes the whole room smell especially when you use your own fragrance oil’s it’s A modern design easy to clean just add water two level. Put the top back on and you have fragrance for hours and the great thing is that it doesn’t cost a lot I’ve seen items for more money this one is great for the price it’s a simple design only has one white light on the bottom and I has a shut off after a certain amount of time And when the water level is low it automatically shuts off great product

turns off before running out of water

verdict is still out there, I do love the way this looks but I got it yesterday and its sitting next to me at my desk. I have been at work for 45 min and it has turned off on its own twice. Might be returning.

Have one Eva for years and bought this one based on the confidence in brand. However, it broke down in a month. Contacted the seller and got prompt feedback and arrangement for a replacement. Good product support.

Surprisingly loud.

This is surprisingly loud compared to other brands I have in the house. I love the minimalist design however, and it seems to run forever.
