not small - same size as other bun donuts.
I'm not sure what the difference between a large vs small is but this is the same size as every other bun donut we own. I was hoping it would be smaller for our 4 year olds hair for dance classes. this works great (comes without instructions ) but isn't "small" by any means

Good
This is a great size, however I also bought this size in Blonde Small and that one was much smaller so I'm not sure which one is actually a "small". This one seemed more like a medium but I like it better. Some people use cut up socks but this works much better! After 2 uses though it seems to be unraveling a tad.

Too big for Toddler
It was a lot bigger than I expected. I got size small. I used it on my toddler, but it was huge and not a cute little Ballerina bun like I expected. It would work better for adults. It has held up really well otherwise.

Hair Donut is almost Black, not Brown
Unfortunately this product doesn't work well for me. I had previously been using the "sock bun" method, which I liked, but I thought maybe an actual hair donut might make the look more polished. First, I would say the color online and the color of the hair donut in person are different. The hair donut I received was a very very dark brown, almost black which does't match my hair. Second, I have very thin hair, and I had a hard time styling my hair with the donut so it wouldn't obviously show through. This product may work better for people with slightly thicker and darker hair. I'll be giving mine to a friend instead of using it.

Good product, sized for hair length
The donut does what should but I think I should have gotten a medium. My hair is past my shoulders. I thought because my hair is fine and thin I needed the "small", but I think the sizes are for length.

Very easy on a lazy day
It was what I expect and I use it for work! Very easy on a lazy day, or if you need a prefect bun. Plus I would feel safe putting it in a washing machine.
