An effective and fun laundry detergent

We have loved this laundry detergent for everything from dirty sports gear to sheets and towels to everyday workday attire. It does a decent job of getting out stains before they set in and without the harsher chemicals in some detergents. Scents often offend me but this one is gentle. My son has sensitive skin and hasn't had a problem with his clothes since we switched to this laundry detergent over 6 months ago. I especially like the single squirt mechanics which make it easy to include my kids in the laundry process. There's no mess and the laundry comes out clean! I've purchased this item several times and have only experienced a problem with shipping one time - a little bit of detergent leaked out into the box. The amount was so small that I didn't consider returning the bottle (we also needed to use it more than we needed a 100% full bottle).

It's aight

I have to use a few squirts to actually get everything clean. I prefer this one over the free and clear one which still left everything a lil stanky. Haven't really noticed if this is really really cleaning everything yet or keeping the smell off but I haven't noticed that it's not ????. The bottle is easy to squirt and use which I like. But I'm going through quite a lot. I dunno what the math is but I love that these are pet friendly which is necessary for my pet toys since they shove these toys down their throats, it's nice to know that these are chemical free.

Love everything except scent

This thing is so cool. If you have someone in your household that overuses soaps, and laundry detergent in general - this might be your savior. You literally flip this puppy over squeeze until it shuts off (which is fast) and done. You use a small portion for a very decent amount of washing power. My only CON on this is the scent - like all more natural products it tends to have an almost wet dog scent to it (it fades) - and that is a bit of a blech to me - but well worth it for the lack of chemicals and the convenience of the bottle (that in and of itself is 5 stars). Would I buy again - absolutely. Recommended :)

Natural detergent

Love this detergent for laundering. Smells great and the spout does not allow you to add too much soap to the machine. Smells great and clean very well with stains. I definitely recommend this laundry detergent. If you want to care for the environment this is the soap to use

Great laundry degergent for sensitive skin

I have a lot of trouble with laundry detergent as I will get a rash, dry skin or some sort of irritation easily. I was pleased to find this laundry detergent didn't cause any sort of reaction at all. The dispense cap is so easy to use - you just squeeze - it shoots out the correct amount and you are done, why are this not used on all laundry detergents?

Pleasant and Subtle Scent

I've been buying Seventh Generation detergent for about a year now, but have always gotten the unscented version. My husband mentioned that he liked scented detergent, but strong smells make my head hurt, so I was hesitant to try this. I reasoned that lavender is generally a pretty subtle scent, so it might be okay. I'm glad I did, because this detergent is just right. I was worried when it arrived, because the smell was so strong out of the box, but the laundry has a subtle, pleasant, comforting smell. I would, however, recommending mixing this with the unscented version. The bottles are much smaller for the lavender detergent. I blew through a single one in a week, where the larger bottles last me a good month.

I am surprised how much I like this detergent

I had my doubts. But this laundry detergent solves two of the biggest problems we have in our household: people using too much detergent and leftover detergent on clothes causing skin issues and making clothing get dirty faster. Most laundry products have a cap with an invisible line that we are supposed to be able to see in order to measure the amount. But it is human nature that if a little is good, then more is better. This isn't the case with soaps and detergents as they can often leave a residue on the clothes which attracts dirt or causes skin issues. Having the measuring system in the bottle itself is awesome and this gets the clothes looking and feeling cleaner than any other product I've tried so far. Although, with our water, the detergent works better if I put a bit of vinegar in the fabric softener compartment.

Excellent detergent in an eco-friendly package.

It’s hard to believe that you need so little detergent to do such a great job of cleaning your laundry, but this product proves how much extra packaging most laundry detergents waste. They should all be this super-concentrated! The bottle dispenses just the right amount with one squeeze. It has no artificial colours or fragrances, and is safe for sensitive skin. It does a great job of cleaning, and leaves my laundry smelling fresh and soft. I only use cold water and have noticed no difference in cleaning power. It is low sudsing, which makes it excellent for use in high-efficiency, side-loading machines. All this, and the reduced packaging is better for the environment. Win-win-win all around!

Little Bottle but Loads of Washes

I've tried many sensitive skin, fragrance free washing detergents and this is the one I keep coming back to. Seems to wash my clothing well, no issues with skin and totally fragrance free. I had to get over the thought that I needed to use a larger amount of detergent per load. One squirt is all that is needed with this detergent. It also has not taken the colour out of my towels when I squirted it into the water directluy onto my clothing and towels. I am really bad about not following the directions about filling your washer with water and detergent BEFORE adding my clothing as I am always in such a rush. So many of the other liquid detergents have left discolourations on my towels but not this one.

Great for highly sensitive skin

I have a very hard time finding products that don't irritate my skin. I can't use any fragrance and there can't be harsh chemicals or my skin gets really itchy. This product doesn't irritate my skin at all, yet it works well enough to take dirt and smell out of my clothes. I work with dogs so my clothes are really stinky, using other detergents I could still smell it after washing. This stuff cleans the clothes properly and doesn't leave clothes smelling like they're still dirty, which is hard to find in a gentle, scent free detergent! Highly recommend to anyone suffering with sensitive skin, and a bonus that it's cost efficient compared to other sensitive skins products.

Awesome auto-dispensing concentrated detergent.

I was sceptical about the auto-measure/dispensing system when I decided to try this (as there’s not really any information describing how it works). It works like a charm; squeeze and it comes out and stops at the same measured amount each time. It cuts down on shelf space because it’s so concentrated. Great value, highly recommend.
