Traveled with this monthly for 4 years - great for lumbar spine issues on airplanes
Good adjustable support, has helped with back pain on flights since I bought it in 2018. Unfortunately it eventually developed a leak and does not hold air for long enough anymore. I'm glad to see that it is still for sale and have purchased my replacement. I had back surgery 10+ years ago and have had back problems for almost 25 years. Airplane seats are the worst yet this supportive cushion makes it bearable.

Yeah, pretty good for the price and what I need it for!
I like the padded material to make it feel less like a piece of blow-up, plastic furniture. But, still smells all 'factory plastic' like, so spritz with some fabreeze, or whatever. The only thing I wished about this was that it blew up more puffy-like than what I'm able to get it to so I did take a star away. If you try to push as much air in as possible, and somehow manage to secure the cap, it will still deflate a little when you use it. Hence, don't over-inflate it. But, in all honestly, this still creates enough support to relieve that dreaded airplane 'hunched' feeling when sitting in those seats. Also, you can use it as a lap cushion to support your arms and elbows if you are unlucky to be a middle-seat person (and the end-seaters are hogging the arm rests). I haven't used this for long, so not sure on the durability, but I can say that I don't recommend this as a pillow, especially for airplane travel unless you are a window-seater and can somehow prop the pillow up on the side of the fuselage, and prevent it from slipping and sliding. Maybe others have figured out that system but not me. Other than that, pretty great! And yes, buy this on amazon, where it's cheaper :)

Lasted one week
This is an inflatable which was good because I used it half inflated, but after one week, it developed a large leak - wouldn't hold air more than a few seconds. So, I elected to return it for a replacement. After specifying that, I found out it would arrive too late for the trip I needed it for. Cancelled that order, but now I've lost the chance for a credit back to my charge card. Booooo!

Improved version
This improved version of the valve helps keeping it inflated but it’s now more difficult to inflate and deflate. So the reason for the 4 stars but will buy again.

Life Saver for Me
Unbelievably, I purchased this product a number of years ago, and I didn't think I would use it much. Much to my chagrin, however, I've developed serious back pain since then, and, when traveling in vans to accommodate my wheelchair, I still needed something to protect my fractured back from the bumps and jolts that occur when traveling. This small inflatable pillow is the answer. It's very comfortable on my back, and, in harmony (conjunction) with my wheelchair seat belt, it cushions the shock jolts that occur when traveling. Thank you very much for this very special back pillow!!

Great for those long plane trips...
This came with me on a lengthy flight from the US to Europe. I get bad backaches on airplanes and was advised by a colleague to try a pillow for support when I fly. This ended up being a great little travel companion. It is easy to pack as when there is no air in it, it lays relatively flat (folded over). It's easy and quick to inflate and just as easy to deflate as well. I was able to rest comfortably on the airplane and it definitely did as advertised - it supported my lower back and as a result, my long flight didn't feel that bad! It will definitely be coming on future trips with me.

Awesome while it lasts
I have purchased 3 of these.... they are just the perfect size for travel in the car or airplane... However they tend to spring a leak after about a year....So for the price its an outstanding travel assistant for a Back Patient... just have to come back for another when it springs a leak.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this product
I want to be able to give this product a good review but the traditional air valve prevents it. BAD The pillow's small size is a strength, but it's so small that if even a little air gets out before you have time to close the valve, it's not useful. I made several attempts to fill it to a functioning capacity, trying several quick finger and tongue swapping techniques (ie how everyone blows something up manually), and couldn't get it to work. Add to the fact that I would need/want to be able to do this easily and quickly - for example, on a plane - and I regrettably returned it. This product combined with the valve on the ONWEGO pillows would be the winner if it existed (ONWEGO pillows are not as well built; my last two quickly developed holes). GOOD Compact / travel size. Perfect for the small of your back. Sturdy / solid construction. Soft pad.

Does what it promises though not much more
Small inflatable pillow that is easy to take on your travels and provides the necessary pain relief. It has a comfortable soft side with a specific texture. What I don't like about the product is that it deflates rather quickly, there is no deflation stop making it hard to get it to the desired thickness and the plastic valve cannot be pushed into the pillow so sticks out. With a few small product enhancements the end user experience could be even better though for this price I don't think it is too bad.

Portable and adjustable
This lightweight lumber support has proved a real gem. The ability to inflate to different degrees, turn through 90 degrees for support higher up my spine and then, when on the go, roll it up and put it in my pocket means it is always the perfect solution for my back. It can transform any shape of seat. I was very upset because I accidentally left it on the bus so, without a moment’s hesitation, I bought another one.

I've a bad back.
I bought one just like it at an airport. It was hard working for many years and I couldnt replace it from the high street. Just the job, and I hope there'll be many more years of back relief when travelling.
