Solid Towel Holder

I ordered the 8 inch polished chrome towel holder and it does the job well. Installation was simple and it comes with instructions and the needed screws, etc. (Provide your own drill or screwdriver, of course.) I noticed that the polished chrome is a mirror that shows finger prints very easily so you may want to opt for stainless steel if seeing fingerprints will bother you. Also, it's between 9 & 10 inches at the base but the towel holding part is 7 inches. Fortunately it fit in the space I had available, but be aware of that and get measurements before ordering.

not easy to install

I like the look and size where it fits the narrow area by the bathroom sink, but it was not simple to put up. It looks sturdy and shiny.

it's delta and as expected it is high quality.

I have the matching robe hook and this is just as good as it, so essentially the same review applies to this. The instructions are very thorough and it should last longer than the sheetrock it attaches to. But, I highly recommend using a 1/8" by at least 2" long toggle bolt in the top hole of the mounting plates. And only use the provided plastic insert in the other hole to keep the plates from spinning. (Unless you are installing In a stud or directly to wood) over time these plastic inserts will eventually wallow out the hole in the sheetrock and loosen enough they can simply fall off the plate. It's not a design problem with the attachment system, but the durability of what it's attached to and the plate slowly pulling away from the wall. A toggle bolt will transfer most of the weight of whatever is hung on the it to a wider area at the back side of the sheetrock. and if it does becomes a little loose years later you can simply remove it from the mounting plates and tighten the toggle bolts without worrying about replacing wall inserts or having to move the whole thing if the holes are now too big.

Beautiful Towel Bar

I'm remodeling my bathroom and updating some of the old features, so this towel bar was perfect. It is really well-made. The metal is thick and durable. Installation was easy enough. If you've ever installed a towel bar before, it's pretty par for a standard setup. And I love the modern and slick design. It's definitely given my bathroom an updated look. Well worth the purchase.

Exactly what we needed!

This is exactly what we needed in the guest bathroom. I was tired of laying hang towels out to dry your hands after washing. This was very easy to install, all hardware was included. Great quality. I am thinking about buying the bigger one for my other bathroom!
