Pretty, but not sturdy at all
This is a pretty cart, it's just not very sturdy or easy to put together. I can't get the rod that screws the back legs into the handle to screw in tightly on one side, despite switching sides and various other tricks. This makes the entire unit very lopsided and unsteady. I believe that the the handle on that side was too short, making the rods that are supposed to screw the handle and legs together too long to screw in properly. Also, the "large" screws that you use to attach the wheels to the cart are too long, so the wheels are not flush to the cart. This makes the wheels wobble, which makes the entire unit shake.. Finally, there are six small screws that you need to attach the axle and the top cart to the unit. These screws require a medium Phillips heads screwdriver, but this is not mentioned in the instructions. Overall, this is pretty, but I would certainly not use it to hold up heavy planters or glassware, as I am not sure it can handle anything greater than 5 lbs for any substantial amount of time.

Poor construction & general design
After looking for a few months for a garden cart, I finally decided to purchase this one. I read the reviews and thought it'd be okay. I am handy and accustomed to putting things together. My experience with this product was HORRIBLE! Out of the box there was a defect with one of the sides, it was not properly welded. I thought I could overlook that and continued putting it together. Then as I added one wheel, it popped off, I added the other, thinking I'd find a larger screw for the first wheel out of my private stash. A little while later the other wheel popped off. Then there were other problems putting it together. I cannot express the level of disappointment I felt when I realized that it was worthless and that the product was nothing more than an undesirable piece of junk metal. I received it today, worked to put it together today, took it back apart, and have it packed up for the delivery person to pick up and return it to the pits of hell from whence it came. TLDR Summary- Horrible. Not even close to worth the price. I'd almost pay them to take it back. Almost.

Great decorative piece, but not really functional as a cart
This item is used purely as decor in my family room and it looks great as such. However, it was a challenge to assemble, particular since one of the parts did not fit and my husband had to use a tool to change the shape so that the matching part could be inserted. The cart is very wobbly and I wouldn't recommend it for actual use as such.

important parts like the axle
The first cart I received was missing parts, important parts like the axle. I called Deer Park and they were very helpful. Amazon replaced my item and I LOVE IT! It is well made and very sturdy. Easy to put together and fits my space perfectly. Exactly the piece I was looking for in both design and finish. So glad I purchased and would purchase again.

Very Nice
This product was easy enough to assemble, looks great in my sunroom. The rusty appearance it a bit too orange to look natural, but is it a nice product.
