Fast overnight by Amazon Prime, received by mid day - great Dinner tonight!
Dash was recommended by a neighbor, since delivery was early next day we decided to have waffles for dinner. It is an excellent product and according to our neighbor "One That Lasts For Years". I never write reviews until we have experienced ample usage to determine the real quality of the product. However, because of the neighbor's years of satisfactory use and our one time pleasure with it's use ,I decided to give my review immediately. I gave the overall five star review because without a doubt it is a quality appliance and makes perfect waffles simply. The lower ratings for easy to clean and easy to use are only because the grills are not removable so they can be cleaned in a dishwasher and there is no way other than timing or "peeking" to know when it is done cooking. I found other manufactures that have those capabilities; however, chose the Dash because of quality and pricing. While you cannot remove grills cleaning is not that hard and once you get the hang of it, timing is not a big problem either. The non-stick finish with a small squirt of olive oil makes cleaning easy and by my second batch I had no problem knowing when the waffle was done. It is an excellent product and I would buy it again.

Great for feeding a small group
I absolutely love this waffle maker! Being able to make multiple waffles at the same time has saved me so much time and fended off the hungry masses of children during brunch. The waffle sizes are perfect for kids and not too mini but not a full size waffle either. I have made actual leige waffles in this (with pearl sugar and left it caramelize all over the waffle iron) and it held up just fine. My only real complaint is the lack of temperature control and I wish it got hotter. Otherwise, for the price I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Amazing
This device is amazing I’m able to make 4 waffles in one setting great for portion control, and amazing for cooking for 3 or more people. You don’t have to wait on one waffle to get to the next person. Especially for children, you can even make desserts. This is a timesaver!!

WORKS PERFECTLY
Originally, I bought the single waffle/chaffle maker to see if I would like it and I did. Having the ability to make 4 at a time was wonderful. This new one makes chaffles better than the single one. The only drawback to both is that they are difficult to clean. I wish that the manufacturer would make removable cleaning plates.....dishwasher safe would be a game changer! All in all, I really like this product.

Awesome Waffle Maker
I love this waffle maker. Have had several over the years but this is the best. They come out the perfect size, not overwhelmingly too big, not too small and nice and thick. Easy to clean. I didn’t understand the “drip” areas at first but appreciated them as I got the amount of batter just right. Let me share my perfect, delicious waffle recipe. 1 1/2 cups flour, 3 Tablespoons sugar, 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 egg, 3 Tablespoons melted butter and 1 1/4 cups milk. I make a bunch and freeze them.

This is worth the money if you find yourself making a lot of mini waffles. I think this is much better than buying 4 individual ones.

Tricky to use with the clip
This is a good little waffle maker however, you need to be careful of the clip that keeps it shut. You need to stay right there and make sure you unhook the safety clip so that the batter can rise or the clip will break. A redesign on this clip would be helpful.

Good product
I'd like to rate this a 3.5 out of 5. As it's a good product, just not a great one. Things I like about it is the size of the waffles. I would not call these mini, I call them just right. Probably about the same size as an Eggo although I haven't bought those in about 20 years. Cooking time is 5 - 7 minutes to get a crisp outside and soft inside. The non-stick coating works well although I do still grease it. I use bacon fat as that gets the nice crispy outside. Some design challenges I see are that when you open it, because the top weighs more than the base, the unit tips back. So in order to keep the waffle mix level, you have to hold the lid and pour the mix. Not so easy. Also, the unit, as you're told is very hot and can burn your arm, so I turned the unit so that the lid is on my right so that I open it to the right and that way my arm isn't getting burning but this also means I'm pouring with my left. Oh well, suppose it's good practice. Anyway, for the price, I like this product. It gives us two normal size waffles each and I don't have to turn the unit upside down. The spill trays also work well. Cleaning isn't so great as the trays aren't removable but again, for the price, I can live with it. The waffles turned out very good.

Al fin DASH pensó haciendo una gofreta de 4, esto simplifica mucho el trabajo, la mini Dash de uno nó es nada práctica, esta de 4 gogres está magnífica, muy buena máquina, la recomiendo.
