This Danner Aqua Supreme AP-8 4 outlet air pump blows some serious air.
Using Danner Aqua Supreme for 2 x 55 gallon fish tanks next to my bed and the bubbles are louder than the air pump. I need to keep the dial low cause the bubbles get too loud and the fish were all struggling with so much motion in the tank. Top tank has a strip air stone and air filter using a 4-way air control check valve for one of the outlets. Bottom tank has an air filter and a round disk air stone. The air filter is using another outlet and the air stone is using the other outlet. Using 3 outlet I need to get another air stone for the 4th outlet. Plenty of air left to use on multiple fish tanks. I've been raising tropical fish for over 30 something years and the best air pumps I've used was a Danner. I have 2 old Eugene G.Danner Dynamaster air-pumps that still work but I can't find replacement parts for the check valve it's so old but it is made of metal and it's solid and had used it for years. This Danner Aqua Supreme looks to be the same quality, plastic but built solid and should last for years. Time will till. Last year I bought a 2 outlet air pump from another company (Fusion 700) and it was loud and one of the outlet stopped working. Retired that pump because this pump can handle all the air I need and then some. Have a box of old air pumps of Elite 800's & 801's, one outlets and two outlets, Whispers', and some no names all garbage and getting tossed. 3/2015 As time went on the pump got louder and louder so I had to move the pump into another room and running hoses on the ceiling to get to the tanks. Now 1 air outlet not blowing any air at all. Time to upgrade to a more powerful pump.

Reliable ~ Long lasting
Running 2 Danner pumps and have not had problems like other reviews. The long cords are great as many other pumps have shorter cords My 2 outlet Danner pump 5 yrs running with no problems and amazingly still quiet . 30 days running my new 4 outlet without problems. Many years as a fish hobbyist many knock off brands on the market being poor quality short cords, short lived and needing replacement frustrating and expensive I actually ordered my 2nd Danner without reading reviews until today and surprised. I have used many other brands that were junk by comparison. Perhaps it luck of the draw and a few lemon's get through. Keep your receipts for replacement. Good luck

Long lasting
I bought this in May 2018 for my homemade patio fountain. Mainly just for the looks the bubbles make. Due to illness and my husbands passing, it’s not been used in over 2yrs. I got it out today, wiped it down, plugged it in and it ran like it was brand new! Sure, it’s a bit noisier than I remember but with a little use, it may still quiet down. I’ll be putting my fountain back together and this will definitely be part of my set up. I’m truly impressed. Honestly didn’t expect it to work after being in a dirty garage for so long.

Lifting Rainwater
I am one who spends a great amount of time product reviewing on a small budget. This Aqua-Supreme AP-8 arrived in good order with one other small item. Of two similar models the AP-8 had a higher price tag but was 8 percent higher rated. I am air pump lifting rain water with this pump to supply a 300 gallon IBC tank inside the greenhouse. Rains a lot in the Pacific NW. Runs with a quiet hum inside a 30 gallon tub to shelter from the rain. Two lines to lift first 3 feet, two lines to lift another 4 feet. Worth every penny
I love the price, the power output and i can live with the little bit of extra noise instead of using extra pumps. Been running nonstop for idk, at least 4 months now. It is powering 8 sponge filters. I also have fluval Q1 and Q2, and many other pumps but for the money this has been the best.

became unusable after about 1 year
I bought this in Oct 2019 to use for my hobby aquariums. It is now Nov 2020, and it has become so noisy I can no longer use it. After it got really bad, I did attempt to service it myself (disassemble, tighten, etc.) but no dice - still super noisy. I had previously purchased a similar unit - a Hydrofarm AAPA15L Active Aqua - in Jan 2016, which is still running fine w/out noise issues as I write this review in Nov 2020. I recall buying this Danner last year because I needed a 2nd 4-gang air pump, because it had similar reviews and as I was looking for a deal, was cheaper at the time. Who the hell knows, maybe there are a bunch of false reviews for this thing. Right now, the Danner and the Hydrofarm are about the same price.... not that I'd buy this unit again even if was half the cost. I am tossing this one into storage in case of emergency breakdown where it's either I have to tolerate the jackhammer noises this thing makes or my rainbowfish die, and buying another Active Aqua to replace it. Good lord, why is finding a good product on Amazon such a freaking pain these days?!

No dura no recomiendo
Lo estoy usando para una alberca ecológica de 10 x 5 m, tiene la suficiente potencia para generar burbujas, con más de 40m de extensión de tubos con 6 salidas (puse a dos una adaptación para sacar de 4 salidas 6), hasta ahora funcionando las 24h, sin problemas. ACTUALIZO: después de 11 meses de uso continuo dejo de funcionar una bomba, revise y el plástico interno que genera el aire y se rompió, no es durable, se supone que es para que funcione 24h los 7 días a la semana, esperaba mayor duración.

Worth the Money!
Good pump, running 2 years straight now and still kicking. My air lines are approx. 10' x 4 and my tank is 28" tall, w/ pump in the cabinet. Would give it 5* if it wasn't louder than my Mag-12 water pump.

Buen funcionamiento
Funciona muy bien, si se pone la potencia al máximo es bastante ruidoso, sin embargo con la potencia baja no es nada ruidoso y si mantiene una presión aceptable y el aire es continuo en las cuatro salidas con las que cuenta, aún funcionando a baja potencia
