Honest review it’s pretty but…….

I’ve been wanting to purchase this brand for awhile and was excited to finally do so. The bathing suit itself looks very pretty and I love the scrunch bottom look… however they pride in being made in USA yet their quality is worst then China brands. I have bought $10 bathing suits and have had better quality. The bathing suit leaks the dye coloring.. I thought perhaps I got a bad one but after purchasing several more each one had the exact same issue in cold pool water some worst then others. I think out of 6 bathing suits I purchased of this brand 5 out of 6 bleed. I washed the bathing suit several times in cool water and the dye coloring just bleeds off in the sink like your dying Easter eggs. I wish I was being dramatic but I’m not. I have never seen a bathing suit dye just wash off like this brand before and again several different ones of their suits. Even after hand washing several times in cool water and going out to the pool the dye still bleeds off in the pool water and runs all down your legs and body and even stained my skin. I had to scrub it off in the shower just to get the dye off my skin and the color stained certain parts of the bathing suit luckily it was mostly the back half of the swim suit so when it’s on you can’t see the stain part of the swim suit very much but still over all it is Very embarrassing. I tried to deal with it because again the bathing suit itself is very pretty and flattering but if your looking for a swimsuit to actually wear in the water I do not recommend the Daisy beachware brand. Another thing I saw many other reviews on the different swimsuits of this brand stating about the small size. This is very true as I’m extremely petite under a 100 pounds.. a large would fit someone probably 110 pounds and that’s not a large size by any means. I’m normally a xs to small and even a medium is almost to small. Tops run small as well. Not sure what body structure they are going off of but not true to size so beware of the off sizing and the bleeding dye that comes off. If your looking for a swimsuit to just take some pictures in then that’s about all it’s good for. When actually contacting daisy beachware corporate to discuss this matter they were extremely rude and unprofessional I have the receipts to prove it… they told me they could not take the bathing suits back because they were already worn… so basically their saying once you put it on and discover the dye that runs off in the water it’s your Problem not theirs even though it’s their responsibility to ensure their product is made well. Especially with priding being made in USA. Again I have never boughten a bathing suit in all my years that the color actually came off. On the fortunate side I bought this bathing suit here on Amazon and luckily Amazon has soo much better customer service then daisy beachware and they took back this bathing suit and gave me a full refund for it and for my bad experience. The swimsuits I got from daisy beach ware actual company that I can not return are now closet decorations as there’s really no use for them. These swimsuits also aren’t cheap they run from $60- $120 so For the money you will spend on this expensive swim suit just go to target or somewhere else.

Love this design but it was way smaller than expected. I recommend buying one to two sizes larger.

Love this swimsuit- it has a very nautical vintage feel! I ordered a Large and I'm 5'8, 145 lbs, 32DD, it fit perfectly and as expected.
