Nice compact double
This is a great compact double option! Pushes smoothly, nice basket, attractive looking, and folds really small! Great for NYC! My main complaints--the fabric on the seat feels cheaper than my bugaboo bee and yoyo and the harness is a pain to adjust on the go.

Both Seats Fit up to 50lbs
We bought this for our 2 under 2 after carefully looking at a lot of other tandem strollers on the market. On several of them, the 2nd seat is significantly smaller and can only fit up to 35 lbs or go in very specific positions. The fact that both of these seats can fit up to 50 lbs. was great, because it means that the smaller child can be closer to me and that we will be able to use the stroller for quite a long time since my 2 year old is already 30 lbs. I also love that there is an optional basket when using the stroller as a single (like when big sis is at daycare) because it means I don't have to transfer the baby into a cart to do quick shopping at Target or the farmers market - the bottom basket and smaller shopping basket hold a surprisingly large amount. Putting the stroller together was fairly easy right out of the box for two adults, although we did have to consult a YouTube video for helping getting the canopies into the seats. Overall this is a great option for a tandem double stroller, we love it!

Adapter broken upon arrival
Put the entire stroller together, just to realize the adapter would not click into the frame ???? then noticed that the front button that makes the piece snap in is not even on the adapter. Apart from this, the stroller looks and feels very nice. Very frustrating having to take it completely apart again and pack it back into the box to return for one tiny piece.

Great purchase!
The media could not be loaded. I have been searching for a good stroller for months, I have tried many in different stores and different brands. Doona, uppababy, chico- This one was my favorite of all so We oredered it! Super easy to assemble and very sturdy! I love the the quality and pretty look???????? Cant wait to use it.

Pros outweigh the cons - but barely…
I was SO excited to get this stroller. It checked ALL the boxes. Once I opened it and got to figuring it out, I am pretty disappointed with some of Cybex’s big misses on this stroller: For this price point, I expected a no-rethread harness - nope. It has the old manual strap adjustments. The neck protector that is included also has to be detached to adjust it, which is a huge pain in the ass. Not even worth the struggle to reattach it. Why they wouldn’t have put buttons to attach/secure this is beyond me. Second issue, two seats. If you have the second seat in, the front seat won’t recline. If you have them face each other, you lose a lot of basket and the babies might start throwing legs. Another gripe I have is with the overall quality. I was really disappointed when comparing it to similarly priced strollers. The fabric alone on my nuna just feels sustainably more luxurious and high quality. Also, come on Cybex. For a company with some of the coolest colors of fabric on the market, you gave us these four lame ass color options? You can do better than that. Also, the mechanisms to fold the stroller are white and very very cheap looking. The biggest issue, though - the fold. Or lack thereof. It is so so particular about how it folds, it’s ridiculous. I don’t believe you can fold it with both seats in at all, and they recommend not folding it with the basket in either. The seat needs to be the right direction in the right position, or it is a no go. Even when you get it right, it’s not a secure fold. Our safety lock for the fold doesn’t function, so there’s nothing holding it together, and it definitely doesn’t stand upright. All of these issues aside, it has all of the functionality I am looking for, double or single seats that go either direction, compatibility with my Nuna infant seat, not absurdly heavy, a shopping basket and huge under storage area, smooth ride (on flat terrain), and fits in my trunk. I am begrudgingly overlooking all of my complaints to have these features. I just hope Cybex considers some of these things in future iterations, because it truly has the foundation to rival the top competitors in the market with just a few minor upgrades.

Large under basket and lots of storage
We have been searching for a stroller that will fit our daughters heavy medical emergency bag. The bag is the size of a carry on suitcase and holds an oxygen tank along with other emergency supplies. Most strollers to not accommodate the bag. If you are looking for a stroller with good storage, this one is amazing. Whether it is a medical bag, groceries or just all the things you need for the zoo this stroller can hold it all. We have also been impressed with the ease of folding it up and unfolding it.

Great for tall people - great quality. Love it
Love this stroller. Some parts were hard to figure out how to put together but the video was really helpful. Our toddler loves this stroller and never wants to get out. The wheels are nice and big and it goes over cracks and bumps in the sidewalks with ease. The brake is great off to the side so you don’t constantly kick it by accident as you’re walking. It is slightly wider than our previous one but still easily fits through the door. Super easy to use and great for tall people - the handle adjusts so even my 6’4” husband can take it out. It’s pricey but all the good ones are. Would definitely recommend.

Love the stroller BUT it’s very difficult to fold down
I love almost everything about it, super easy to set up, very comfy according to the kids. Easy set up BUT to fold it’s like you have to fight it. My hand is bruised already but we figured it out. You literally have to pull the handle to extend it then slam it closed. This is the only way it folds and every video about this stroller it’s not mentioned they in fact say it’s easy to fold it and how you only need one hand. That is not true at all.

Diseño de lujo y funcionalidad
Es una carreola muy completa, muy parecida a la Uppa Baby pero sin pagar el precio. Yo compré el carseat de la misma marca Cybex Cloud Q y quedó perfecto. Muy fácil de maniobrar, ya que le agarras a la mañita de abrir y cerrar. Si es pesada, pero muy estable. Super amplia, la llevamos al super y nos cupieron muchas cosas en la parte de abajo. Muy resistente, bueno para terrenos rudos.
