Great value, smaller case for wrap-around sunglasses

This is a nicely produced, smaller case for wrap-style sunglasses. Because it's tapered and semi-hard, it takes less space than most other hard-style cases. The issue with a weak clip attachment is fixed on my case - the strap holding the clip is sewn through the case and it appears to also be glued. It's not coming off. The construction is better than I expected for the price, but this isn't a $30 case that's going to last through many years of hard use. I expect it'll last a few years of dragging around in a pack, in duffel bags, tossed in the car, and otherwise subjected to nearly daily routine use and light abuse. The case is lightweight, provides adequate protection (don't step on it ...), has a good coil zipper that will keep out dust and grit, and it will last a very long time if you're careful.

If you're looking for a carrier with a strap look elsewhere

I bought this case for the some reason that it has a clip on it. Once it delivered I realized the material used for the loop wasn't that heavy duty. Figured I'd give it a shot anyways. After about a month of use, the loop ended up tearing and was rendered useless to what I needed it for. A couple weeks later and now the portion that holds the zipper has become bent and the zipper falls off when opening or closing. I can use some pliers to close it off, but I shouldn't have to only after a month in.

Good But Small

I bought this to hang from my baby stroller bc I always forget to bring a pair of sunglasses with me. It works fine for a pair of smallish sunglasses but this case won’t work for a pair of large fashion sunglasses at all!

With modification works well

I got some new prescription wrap around sun glasses and while the case that came with them is nice it has no belt loop nor are there any loops on the case that can be used to clip it to my belt. I had tried a different brand sun glass case before getting this one but the clip broke off that case after about a week so I returned it. This was the replacement product that I purchased. The case fit my glasses well and it well built. It has a Velcro loop to fasten it to your belt but the Velcro is weak and the case would come off easily. I found the Velcro belt loop to not be really useable. It also has a clip so that it can be hooked onto the belt loop on pants. The problem with this clip is that it is made out of cheap plastic and after it is hooked onto a belt loop it is almost impossible to get off. You have to take off your pants and work hard to get it off. So this is essentially useless. However, the plastic clip that is for hooking the case to a belt loop is hooked to a nice cloth loop on the sun glass case, so I took my diagonal wire cutter and just cut off the clip. The clip is so cheap that you could probably just bend it back and forth and break it and then remove it. After removing the clip that came with the case I then took a "S-Biner" and attached it to the sun glass case. The "S-Biner" is easy to clip to my belt loop and easy to get off. I used a "#2" size in the beginning but my wife liked the "#1" size and I am now using the smaller size. Both sizes work well but the "#2" size is easier to work with. This is a great sun glass case after it is modified.

Good case but nothing special

It's OK for $15 but I would not pay one cent more for this case. It's not really what I would call a hard case. It's a semi rigid shell. It would protect against drops but not against crushing. It has a cheap plastic carabiner clip and belt loop attached which might come in handy. For the regular price of $20 or so they should include a cleaning cloth. I can't say how long I expect it to last as it's new but the build is nothing special. I'm sure there are other cases as good as this for less on Amazon.

Good case. Feel they are priced just a few bucks too much. But happy with size and give reasonable protection to glasses. Not a hard case though.

Durable and Inexpensive

I recently bought a pair of sunglasses that did not come with a case so I was in the market for a durable yet inexpensive case to fit them. This definitely fit the bill! I am very impressed with the quality of this case. It can certainly protect my sunglasses if it were to fall on the ground and the zipper does not get caught. As others have mentioned, the clip is quite small and I found no use for it. Overall, this was a good purchase.

This case fits curved, sporty sunglasses and safety glasses.

Almost a year ago I bought a pair of sunglasses that was relatively expensive at a sporting goods store, and it came with a case that is nearly identical to this case. I would buy this case again with no hesitation. For the price it is a very good case.
