Relieves pressure on calluses
A surprisingly good idea and easy to wear in a shoe. My only negative about it. Is they charge as much for the product as they do for handling and sending it. It’s just a little piece of plastic. Really hard to believe it cost that much to send it. But it does the job.

Amazing!
For 40 years I have stood up all day at work and have suffered from hammer toe for most of my life. These cushions won't cure the problem but in the last 6 months they have made my toes and feet feel 100% better than they used to. It takes time to get used to wearing the cushions and some days they jam up under my toes, but that just means they are doing their job. The blood flow to my toes and feet are greatly improved and I'm getting used to wearing them every day I have shoes on. They fit nicely under socks and do not interfere with my shoes. The cushions do wear out and break, but for the benefits they provide I am simply going to order a couple each month and build up a stock of them. They are easy to clean. (I chuck them in the with the dish water after dinner each night! :) We can't get anything like these in Australia, (Apparently we all have perfect feet...yeah right!) and Amazon has come to the rescue. If you suffer from hammer toe or swelling between your toes and the ball of your foot I recommend you give these a go. It can't hurt more than your already in!

BEST TOE PAD I HAVE YET TO FIND
I have been using this type of pad for at least 5 years as a result of a hammer toe. I have bought them from different vendors/manufacturers and this is the best one I have ever used. I spent three months at the beach in Mexico this year (that's not a complaint by the way) and I wore Keen sandals every day. I walked a lot. If sandals, sand and walking a great deal aren't a good test for these, I don't know what is. It survived the whole trip and then some. This pad was the best constructed, large was really a large and it was by far the most durable. Here's a clue to avoid being an unhappy user: buy the correct size. Never buy more than one the first time and assess the fit as to comfort and ring size. Also,keep in mind that if you rinse these off frequently, it really doesn't matter if the ring breaks after months of use. It is easy enough to hold them in place until a sock and shoe or a sandal is put on. They will stay in place all day. Hope this helps.

Try this before surgery!!!
It really works! In the begging it is really uncomfortable but you get used to it, (slightly better than the cloth/foam one) i put it on to walk to work and back witch is a couple miles and with shoes it was really uncomfortable almost painful also it was big so order a smaller size, im a shoe size 7.5-8 and a medium the ring around the toe was really big. I decided to use it anyway at work and around the house and in a few days my pain and stiffness in my toe was gone! I still use it and will continue to use it as my toe is straightening and becoming more flexible.

I did not like the fact that the product was advertised 2 pack - 2 pack because I spent more and was under the impression that he would receive 2 in each package but there was only one in each package

Huge relief!
I have a bad case of hammer toes caused by nerve damage during a spinal fusion. Wearing these in my shoes and slippers all day has eliminated some serious discomfort. When I do take them off the hammer toes are temporarily much better even without the cushion.

Not what was expected.
Previous very similar product of different brand was a soft cushion on the bottom of the foot. This was a larger version and, most importantly, a much more firm gel .... ended up with a sore foot under the product. Having to cut it down, may not use at all.

Useful for post stroke toe curl
This helps keep toes from curling under for husband's residual impairment. The right foot toes tend to curl under especially when putting on shoes and socks. He says it is comfortable. We purchased two brands and this fits the best for a man's size 11 feet. He broke the loop on the first one (I don't know how). Shipping was very fast. Item is easy to clean and performs as intended.
