NOTE: In my review I use heterosexual couples as examples, only because that has been my experience with it. I'm sure a lot of what I describe applies to any sexual-arrangement/orientation of two or more people using this product and am in no way trying to be gender or sexuality biased. I saw this pillow in Babeland and knew I wanted it: heart-shaped is one thing, but this pillow is great for a variety of positions. First, this pillow is great for when a woman is on bottom and her cheeks are aligned with the heart-curve of the pillow. This makes missionary better for her (more clitoral stimulation) and gives the man some added support, plus the woman can thrust better. Secondly, if you are interested in anal insertion having the woman (or man) life face-down and spread their legs as though Doggie-Style is interesting, and it's also a great way to vaginally penetrate. Lastly, a woman can lay aligned with the curves so that a man can more easily reach her clitoris during oral stimulation, and not strain his neck so much, and he can ALSO easily insert a toy and reach her pearl. This is also good for women who like to go down on their men when their men are reclining: eases neck strain the same way. The product came sealed in a plastic bag at a great discounted price ($30 off what I would've paid elsewhere) in perfect condition. It's soft velour is nice to touch, the color is good in that it isn't too kitschy/cheesy (the red heart was too much for me) but won't show as much dirt/lint/fuzz as a black one would. It's sturdier than it looks, much more like a "wedge" than a "pillow," even if it resembles a pillow more. Absolutely fantastic product! I love it and so does my partner.

Boy, did this fix me up!

I decided to learn if this was different than using a pillow under my pelvis, and it is! The firm foam is encased in two removable, washable covers: one that is more decorative and one that appears to be nylon or waterproof. This photo is at an angle so you can see the wedge. When it is facing you, it is wider. The wedge can be used for front or rear entry. No, there are no instructions on how to use it but, there is a photo on the removable tag. That photo addresses rear entry. For front entry, have the point of the heart facing you. It tilts you up and supports your back. I have lower back problems and this allowed me to enjoy myself without being in pain afterward. I used a regular pillow under my head to ease neck strain. It also made it easier on my arms, which used to get exhausted before the rest of me was! I decided to try it out with a glass wand that wasn't pleasuring me as much as my other ones in order to compare. It really did the trick! I can't wait to try it out with my other ones!

Very plush and comfortable pillow

Able to blend in with the living room decor which is a big plus since it doesn't scream it is an object used during love making. However, finishing could be better as there were loose threads here and there. Also the pillow was slightly smaller than expected, therefore it is quite easy to slide off during rapid motion.

Amazing! Discrete! Kind of cute!

For couples who'd like to spice up their recreational activities, this wedge is a great way to go. It's something decorative that you can use as sort of a throw pillow when not in use. I bought it in black to go with my black and white patterned bedspread and it looks very nice. It works very well for it's intended purpose - just buy it and enjoy. But, don't think that you can snuggle on it as a pillow during sleep time... it is really, really firm! Occasionally I prop myself up with it to read in bed, though. Or I lean back on it while I play games on my phone when insomnia hits in the middle of the night. So, there's that. If you feel squeamish about ordering a sex pillow, think of it as a nice supportive reading pillow... with benefits! :)

Heart shaped pillow has a place in my heart and bed

I have used pillows like this in the past, but they did not offer a washable outside case. This pillow has already been used with about a 10th of the girls that visit me and each time I wash the outside case. So far it is still keeping the color and there is no visible wear and tear on the pillow or the zipper. I have decided to buy a few more to keep at a few of the girls houses for my visits there. I only have one comment that may make a difference. The girls that I "date" are not all that big in girth, they are more like the super model to the average size. Anyone over the average size may think that the pillow is on the small size.

Our New Third Party

I bought this pillow as a surprise gift on Valentine's and she immediately recognized it for what it was. The positioning takes a little getting used to for the male, but her reaction to the new angle was definitely noticeable ;P. This gets you at the right angle and much deeper than usual with less effort. The only con I have had with this is that it can slide and be a little difficult to get on top of sometimes - it is not a deal breaker and actually adds to the intimacy of the entire thing. There is so much to do with this so experiment and play with angles and positions. This pillow has become our third party during sessions - quick or long - and I am looking forward to purchasing one that is even larger for added fun. Washing was simple and the product feels and looks brand new - no more stains. On that note, when this thing stains it is definitely visible, so if you have been having fun with it, it is probably best to tuck it away where family or children can't see and start asking questions. Love it, going to upgrade to something bigger but this will always be on the bed; ready and waiting.

It will certainly prop you up!

It's alright! The angle is a bit too high. Should have ordered the Jazz. It had great reviews but then again it seems most of these items do.

Well made and ergonomic

Arrived quickly. Wife and I are pretty average size and weight. Foam is firmer than I thought it would be. Comes with a card showing various positions and they are all pretty fun with the pillow and wife really likes the fact it takes some pressure off her back. Would totally recommend instead of the larger ones which would be hard to store. And it looks pretty inconspicuous.
