Suola sintetica. Prodotto negli Stati Uniti. Sintetico.

Great with Powerstep
The powersteps I bought these with didn't work. I did try to fit them by using sports tape instead of wasting the adhesion.

Very helpful
This has been the best product that I've tried so far. Not 100% relief but at least 80% better than other products used to alleviate my metatarsalgia. Am able to resume walking exercises by using these pads in my shoes. I recommend these.

Sticks Well
Sticks well to inside of shoe, but sometimes it also sticks to my sock as I'm taking my shoes off.

I find these to be quite expensive for what you actually get
The pads are pretty thin but I guess if you're going to put them in your shoe they need to be but for the price I don't think it's worth it.

Marathon Test!
I’m a long-distance runner who sufferers from Morton’s Neuroma since 2015. Depending on the running surface, I would feel numbness and intense pain between 8 – 12 miles. I also ran on dirt trails so I could run 1-2 miles longer before the pain would start. A foot doctor gave me a steroid shot that did not help. I finally purchased these three times for three different pairs of shoes. Despite everything that is written, I believe that all the faults that this product has are irrelevant if it works. I am pleased with the outcome because I can run now without fear or eventuality of pain. I now have the freedom to run wherever I want to or as long as I want to. I waited until now to write a review because I wanted to do the ultimate test. I ran the Houston Marathon on 1/19/2020 on a street that was all cement and not asphalt or dirt. Yes, I completed the marathon without foot pain. INSTALL NOTES: I removed the insole from the shoe and placed the pad behind the ball of my foot and then put the insole on my foot (over the pad) to gauge its proper placement. I highly recommend that you first use duct tape as a test until proper placement is satisfactory. Make sure the pad is placed behind the ball of the foot. Not any part of the pad should be under it, just like in the picture from the product container. Horizontal placement is also important. You might have to open the laces so that the pad does not shift because of the duct tape. I could run any distance using the pad and duct tape as an effective test. If it works for you, before you just peel off the pad and duct tape and use the pad glue, mark the spot with a black marker to put it exactly where you had it.

Life saver
I walk and run a lot. A couple of years ago I developed pain in the ball of my foot right behind the big toe. Nothing helped and my big toe joint ached all the time. I spent 6 weeks in a boot, not doing much activity, which helped at first, but things went right back to the new normal. A podiatrist recommended dancer's pads, but that didn't help either. So I ordered some of these and I don't wear them quite where you would for Morton's neuroma. I wear them so the front slope is holding up the ball a little and the high point is touching the beginning of my arch. I kind of curve them so the inner edge of the insole and inner the curve of the pad are aligned. It's astounding the difference having the support makes after three years of waking up with an ache in the ball of my foot and my toe joint throbbing after a long walk or run. I can go a couple of days without having one in if I have new shoes, but I buy them quick because the pain will start all over again without this pad in there. I love these things.

Excellent product
I have severe arthritis in my metatarsal joint on one of my feet, which has been a huge problem. I do have custom orthotics which I use often. However, the orthotics do not fit well in certain shoes, especially hiking boots and my Blundstones winter boots. So I thought I would try these. I carefully placed them to locate them exactly where the metatarsal support is on my orthotics; there was some trial and error which meant putting them in and then pulling them off and relocating them. I was worried that the adhesive might be compromised by repeatedly placing them and then peeling them off the insoles. They worked beautifully. I have had them in for months and they are still sticking in place very well, and they are almost as effective as my orthotics in avoiding foot pain. Tip: remove your shoe insoles first, then place the pads where you think they should go and then replace the insoles over top and try them. That way if there is any reduction in the adhesive strength, it won't matter because they are hidden under the insoles. Also note they do NOT go under the arch of your foot, but just behind the metatarsal joint (ie just to the rear of the ball of your foot) close to the inside (instep) slide of the foot. If you aren't used to wearing orthotics, they will feel a little odd until you get used to them.

Tres petit.
J'ai pri le forma petit comme indiquer. Il est trop mince et petit. Fait pour un petit soutien il m'aurait fallu un peux plus épais..
