Simply the BEST value for what you get
O..M...G... They're amazing. For years, I had wanted a Calphalon set of pots and pans because I thought those were just the best I could get, but they always seemed pricey. I just moved into a new apartment and needed new pans and was actually planning on buying Calphalon, but then I saw this set. I saw all of the pieces and the price and thought this was a much better value and anything Cuisinart I've ever bought was always great, let's give this a shot. I am absolutely in love. I finally got the chance to unbox and use one of the pans tonight and it's just magic. I love cooking and I have been looking for that really good set of pans and I'm so glad I bought these. Hopefully they age and wear well.

Nice big 8 quart stock pot and easy to clean
I would like to start out by saying this is a very nice stockpot however I feel it’s a little over priced. I think $39.95 would’ve been sufficient. i’ve noticed a lot of people saying the lids are bad and they don’t fit right.Well I believe the problem here isn’t necessarily the lid,,,these pans are thick enough but only just barely,,,don’t go crazy with the heat and you should be all right,,,how ever my pan came out of the box with a lid that didn’t fit and I got to examining it closely and realized the sidewalls of the pan itself were bent ever so slightly so I grabbed a dish towel and put a dish towel over the edge of the counter and put the stockpot sidewall near the top up against that and very gently Belly Bopped that a few times,,,trial and error here folks,,, a bop here a bop there and then the lid fit perfect. I washed it dried it and then used this pan about a week later to make Pasta nothing scorched???? and I used a wooden spoon. I understand you could use metal utensils however I would warn against that. I believe plastic and wood will help keep the nonstick surface intact longer.Overall the pan yielded very good results and when I was finished cleanup was very easy. I’m satisfied with this pan however I’ll have to use it a while to know for sure only time will tell if the nonstick surface holds up or not. my next test will be chili,,, after I’ve used this pan for a while I’ll try to come back and give an honest update of my experience using it.

Lid handle gets hot
I like that each pan has a lid. I do have a promble with things boiling over. Other pans you can tilt the lid to stop the liquid from boiling over but not these. The lids want to remain flat on the pan. Still working with temperatures to solve this promblem. I like the nonstick surface. Depending on what I am fixing I will still use some Pam. I am frustrated with the handles of the lids getting hot. To remove a lid I need to use a potholder but not to pick up the pan.

Good choise!
I bought two of them for my wife to fry crepes and pancakes. First I bought one, she tried it alongside Tefal brand the same kind pan. This one was performing much better than the other one. She asked me to buy one more and discarded the old one. This pan distributes heat evenly, fries evenly, you will have even golden color on you crepes and pancakes! I recommend to buy it.

I purchased this griddle because I really needed a flatter pan so it is easier to make pancakes and grilled cheese. The pan itself does tilt a bit, however, I believe it is because the handle may be to heavy and it is very sturdy. I own a full set of Cuisinart non-stick pans and all of the handles are very sturdy and heavy exactly like the handle on this pan. Don't let other reviews stop you from purchasing.

Truly non-stick!
I make eggwhite omelets every morning and have always had to use cooking spray...I bought this pan and used NOTHING... No spray, no butter... Just peppers, ham, spinach, and egg whites. No stick, no broken omelet! Easy flip. It'll pay for itself in a month or two just by saving me from buying Pam. Not to mention it's healthier than whatever chemicals are in those sprays. 5 stars from me.

Perfect Set
This set is what I needed, but what I really like is you can add other matching pieces if desired as they have an extensive offering. The price for this set was truly worth it! There is a nice heft to the pots and pans and they are pretty much maintenance free!

Quality and Function
The pans that I have ordered surpassed what I expected. I used it the same day I received it. Heats up very quickly with even heat distribution. Non sticking, easily cleans up in seconds with soapy water. Tempered glass cover seals well and handle stayed cool. Worth the price. I Love it!

This pot works as it should.
This pot is mostly used for cooking eggs, and it functions well. Heat maintenance is even, and clean-up is no problem.

Bottom bowed within the first day
Sent it back - the bottom bowed in the first day so that the middle of pan will not make contact with the stove.
