I'm in love with this pan
This pan is amazing. I figured it would be. I did my research when I had to replace a much loved but now failing deep frying pan, and the rather expensive brand I had purchased a whole set from no longer seems to exist, and this pan defied by wildest expectations. It's just a bit larger than a standard pan, so it comes in really handy when I need to cook in bulk or for a group of people. But not so large that it can't be used on a standard stove. It's incredible how often I'm using it, even when only cooking for 2. The coating is also the best non-stick coating I've ever used, and it's holding up so well I can't detect any changes from its brand new state even after many uses. I've never used a ceramic coated pan before, so much of my enamoredness may be stemming from that, but honestly, I'm in love. Nothing sticks (nothing!!!) and yet the food still gets crispy. An absolute game changer. I'm sure I'll be buying more from this brand in the future.

Pricey but worth it
I bought one for my parents three years ago and they loved it and used as a frying pan and a pot. They also steam using this because the size is great: not too big and not too small. Use it to pan fry fish and oil doesn’t splatter around. Needed replacement after so many uses. ( should have gotten a new one earlier but my parents said it still worked but in fact lots of scratches) i think they would rate it one of the best, just can’t tell them the price.

Item Description Not Correct
These pans are gorgeous, however I was disappointed when the item description states these would be 1.5QT and 3QT, and the set I received are much smaller at 1.1QT and 2.1QT.

I am in LOVE!
Wow! This pan is unbelievable. I cook (from scratch) 3 meals a day. This pan takes me through it all. I have never had such a GREAT experience with a pan before. Almost everything gets cooked in here. Almost no spatters (due to high walls) and super easy/quick cleanup. This has saved me so much time too - I cook double batches at one time (whether meat or veggies) and freeze the other half. I cooked 10 or 11 hamburgers in here the other day. It is completely non-stick! There are so many other benefits it makes me smile in the kitchen again. My MIL (who does the dishes) just said that I use the pan at least twice a day and how it is the easiest pan she ever cleaned. It is a little heavy - but not too much and you can touch both handles without potholders which stabilizes things. That is the only "negative" but it isn't even bad. Lastly - I no longer cook on the highest (gas) setting. Medium-high is the highest. It is said to extend the life of the pan. I am on month 4 now of heavy use and it still works like brand new

Best. pan. ever.
Y'all. This pan. Words fall short, I can't even tell you. Seriously, I feel like I've been asked to review a friend. I love this pan so much. First thing I cooked: a fried egg. Slid right off. SLID off. Not an exaggeration. I've fried chicken in this (not deep fry; just a little bit of oil, plenty touching the pan). No stick. None. I pan-seared fish. FISH! You ever cooked fish in a pan before?? Half the fish sticks to the pan! But not this pan, oh no! Picked that sucker up, and not a single bit stuck to the pan AT ALL! As for cleaning, I could use soap and my bare hand if I wanted to, because this sucker is practically clean going into the sink anyway. I love this pan so much that I'm legit starting a series on Tik Tok in which I promote products I love like I've been paid to, JUST so I can talk about THIS PAN. Best $70-something I've ever spent. Probably not really, but definitely in the top 20.

Sustainable, long lasting and truly non-stick
This is my 2nd Green Pan after the first lasted nearly 15 years. With time and technology, I’m even happier with this purchase: nothing sticks, heats evenly, and cleans with a drop of soap and a rinse. It’s sustainably made and non-toxic. The only pots and pans I’ll be buying going forward!

Broken dream searching for the durable non-stick pan
Was at first very happy believing this would be the end of our years of search for a safe, durable, good looking, perfectly sized cooking pan for everyday use. Unfortunately we were wrong. We had learned lessons from our non-stick pans that failed in the past, and cared for this GreenPan like it's the boss of our kitchen: only cleaned by hand with a soft cloth, never any cold water while still hot, tried our best to avoid overheating. Despite much effort, the ceramic non-stick coating is starting to fail only into about 6 months of our ownership. A small part in the center started to discolor, and recently that area is no longer non-stick. I would not have felt so dissapointed had it been one of those $9.99 pans. Remember it is not cheap. Thought we would share this in case you're like us looking for the next non-stick pan. We'll probably stop dreaming about the everlasting coating and move onto non-coated ones.
