Grilling Tool Set
This tool set looks great. However, it is very big and bulky to use. Doesn't bend/close easily. Bought as a gift.

Cuisinart doesn't disappoint
Got this as a gift. My friend loved them since he loves his BBQ. The metal seems pretty fair quality, the plastic is pretty sturdy and they clean up with no issues. The glove is great. Really protects well from heat. I wouldn't expect anything less from Cuisinart. Price seemed pretty fair. Would recommend.

Attractive, well made set, but doesn't integrate with Cuisinart grill
My old barbecue tool set is still usable, but the weathered wood handles are no longer pleasant to the touch, so I decided to treat myself to a new set to go with my new Cuisinart CGG-240 grill. There are a lot of viable options, but I chose this Cuisinart set, hoping that the handle hooks would work with my Cuisinart grill. Didn't seem like an unreasonable expectation. Wrong. As is the case with many companies, Cuisinart's right hand doesn't communicate with its left. The hooks are too small to fit any of the grill's handles. So I dropped my rating by a star, perhaps unfairly, but I expect more from this brand. Other than that, this is a fine set of tools. Mine have none of the problems mentioned by some other reviewers. They look great, seem to be high quality, and are a pleasure to use. I especially like the heat and weather resistant handles. The glove may not match the quality of the tools, but is adequate for my purposes. I consider it a "throw in" anyway, so it wouldn't affect my rating. I'd give this set a solid 4-1/2 stars if I could. Now to find supplemental hooks like the ones shown in the picture at the bottom of the listing.

Good Tools
UPDATE 6/25/12: Have been using these since I got them, and they are of good quality. They feel good in the hand, the plastic stops them from getting hot, and they do the job very well indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend these to someone looking for a relatively inexpensive and reasonably good grill kit. NOTE: I just got these, and have not used them yet. I will update my review as time goes on. I was very excited to receive this grill kit, as it was very well reviewed and included the pieces I cared about at a reasonable price. My excitement waned suddenly, however, when the plating on the side of the tongs handle fell off while unwrapping. This exposed the fact that the metal of the tongs only extended a little while into the plastic housing and the middle of the handle was plastic only. At the bottom another metal stub extended out into the looping part of the tongs. This type of construction made me feel like this set was much less quality than I had anticipated. I will see how they function on the grill. I worked to firmly re-attach the plating to the side of the tongs. I will say that they felt sturdy, as did the fork and spatula.

I bought this set in Jan 2013. I've used them a few times a week for about a year and a half, and these tools are still like new. I'm reading some current reviews complaining about the chrome on the handle coming off. I have not had that problem, so maybe it is a new production issue. These tools look brand new. I grill on my weber 2-6 times a week. The length of the tools are perfect to not get burnt. I read some complain about the mit, I don't think they know what it is for. It's not an oven mit. It is only used when working over coals, or removing your grill lid. It's not supposed to touch direct flames. I use it to clean my grill with a wire brush after I heat it up, and to remove the weber grill when I am cooking at high temps. the glove still looks brand new, and does exactly what it is supposed to. I'm writing this review so late, because every time I grill, I tell myself I need to leave a positive one on here. That is how happy I am with this set.

As others have described - these look nice, but will break. If that's OK, buy; if not, look for something of higher quality.

Let's hope we have a BBQ summer
These are well made and just the ticket for a BBQ, used them on a dry run in the kitchen in preparation for outside BBQ and the performed well

Excellent quality product; good value
I bought this for my husband- the grill master. He goes through a lot of BBQ tools and these have lasted!! These are an excellent quality product with a good length for the BBQ. We use them all the time, they wash up well in the dishwasher and we love the colour. Would definitely recommend.

Great tool set for your grill. Durable and long lasting, plus it serves is purpose fully. A great buy in the price. The glove isn’t useful at all as it cannot resist heat but apart from it all other tools were quite useful. Doesn’t rust. Still work properly..
