Gorgeous, Practical and The Perfect Gift For Anyone Who Loves To Grill.
My spouse has become the grillmiester of the house - he'll grill anything which is great for me. After 25 years of doing 90% of the cooking I just get to finally sit back and eat. Over the years we've bought all sorts of top quality grilling tools, and they gunk up as time goes on, they get lost or one of our Bull dogs uses one of them as a chew toy. When I came across this set it was a no brainer. Everything you could possibly need, all packaged together in a handsome metal carrying case - it was without question a huge hit! * One huge spatula with serated edge * One huge pair of Tongs * One heat proof silicone basting brush * One very good Grill cleaning brush * One replacement brush head (a nice and thoughtfull addition) * 8 corn holders All utensils work on tension and have nice round brushed stanles handles. The carryin case itself is quite impressive. The double lockng steel case has an equally impressive inside. Lined with water proof and stain resistant black nylon each piece is held in place by wide velcro straps. The build quality is superb, now I know since Cuisinart was bought out the quality of many of their products has suffered. The same with Braun when they sold out to Proctor & Gamble it was downhill from the get go. But this regadless if we as consumers like it or not is the reality of big buisness. That said, the steel on these tools is thick and well cast. The build quality again is excellent and comparable to sets costing 2-3 times as much. I know because I've purchased them. At the end of the day this is a marvelous well put together set that abounds with quality touches like an extra heavy steel blade on the cleaning brush for scrapng your grill grates. An extra scrub head and more. The look is upscale and quite elegant, the brushed stainless with the mirror finish steel is handsome and striking. Form meets funtion as they feel heavy and well balanced in the hand - not flimsy or awkward. Considering all the benefits, all you get in relationship to what is really a rock bottom price. This is an outstanding value and bound to delight anyone who loves to grill - even if that person is you.

Cheap carry case
Like the title says, the carry case is a little cheap. Holds everything well but the materials used and how it's put together isn't the greatest. The lining on the inside is glued in place and when I received mine, the lining on the side with the spatula was already unglued. Easy enough fix though. Also not big on the grate brush. It would work better with a flat grill but I have regular charcoal grill so the grate is recessed a bit and the brush doesn't work the best over the whole thing, just the middle. It'd be better if the brush had some angle on it. Overall though, it's a pretty decent set of tools for the price

Very high end set but damaged case.
This is beautiful but the corn cob holder strap is broken. This is too nice of a set to be sent in this condition.

Almost Perfect
Each piece does just what I need it to do, with exception of the silicon brush. The tongs are long and firm, and they include scalloped teeth that let me roll and move sausages about. They fold in to prevent items from dropping through. And you can cut with the teeth. The spatula is awesome, very large, with a sharpened front edge. The side edge is a serrated blade and really does cut, although not quite like a ginsu knife. The brass brush and spare hand brush are very sturdy with a flat series of bristles. The long brush has an end blade that gets down into the slots of my grill, with angles that fit the triangular spaces. I specifically looked for a set with silicon brush, and they gave me what I wanted. BUT I must say I have changed my mind there. The silicon bristles are too floppy to pickup soft butter for my buns or shortening to grease my grill, and they don't have a convincing influence with the BBQ sauces. Oh well, we live and learn. I have not used the corn cobb pins and probably never will, as I prefer to boil my corn.

Super kool gift. Good quality and it came in a neat case. Perfect for the bbqer on the go, or for a person that likes their utensils organized. Overall very happy with the purchase, I highly recommend.
