The smallest size is very small but tall
Well I got this for my 7lb cat, thinking it would be a squishy pad. I got the smallest size one. Well, it is very tall. I think the larger versions would be great because it’s rare a bed is actually as tall as it says it is. It is too small and tall for a cat to lay down on. I ended up putting it in a large dog cage and my 18lb cat or large dog uses it as a head pillow. It is good as a pet head pillow. But the smallest size is not reasonable as an actual bed for an entire animal to lay on because it is too tall.

Please sell replacement covers
I bought a bed for each of my 2 dachshunds' crates, since I was concerned about their backs when they were slow to get up in the mornings. The more timid one was afraid of it for the first month or so, perhaps because it was bulkier than her previous bed, but once she got used to it outside of her crate, she showed a marked preference for the new bed over the old one and I swapped this one in. If your dog chews, though, these covers do NOT hold up. One of my dogs got sick in her crate one night, and she destroyed a corner of the cover in a failed attempt to flip the bed over to bury her... sickness. I still use the bed with the chewed cover, since the hole is only a couple of inches across, but I would happily replace the cover if I could. I really don't want to throw out a perfectly good bed because of a damaged cover, so I might resort to trying stitching a patch of fabric into the damaged corner.

There are ways to improve this bed
I bought this bed for one of my senior dogs. The size of 26x40 is great for large dogs who need to be crated. The fact that it comes with a inner liner that has its own zipped pouch is also plus. The cover is also machine washable. The biggest downfall is that this dog bed liner is not waterproof. if your dog gets sick there is no fix but to order a new bed.

Nice quality and styling BUT may be an issue for chewers.
I purchased this bed to replace my 20# rat terriers Pooch Planet bed of the same style (shredded memory foam) that was seven years old. This is not my dogs only bed but this is his bed that he sleeps on at night. I choose this bed in particular based on price and styling. When it arrived I was pleased with the look and quality of the bed. The only area that I was not as pleased with were the side panels (the colored portion in my case red) are vented mesh. I took a photo of it to capture that the sides are vented and sheer you can just see the shine of my wedding ring under it, but it was hard to capture. I can see this material not lasting as long as the top panels and possibly ripping easier if my dog was a "nest builder" type. For me it should work because he doesn't nest too much since he has a fleece blanket with him as well. If I had a dog that was a chewer this bed would not be a good choice either, because in my opinion the branding patch and zipper cover flap (sorry not sure what to call that) are too distracting (AKA chewable) for those who like to nibble. The top panel feels like faux suede and the bottom is pretty slick. This bed would most likely slide on tile. Since it's in a dog crate it isn't an issue for me. The interior is nice since it's chambered which helps it not to fall flat. There is also a zipper on the inner portion so you can replace or easily access the memory foam. The tags state it's designed in the USA and made in China with a 3 year Limited Warranty The cover is 100% polyester and the inner stuffing is 100% polyurethane. Machine washable cover. I recommend cold, gentle cycle, dry low heat. The 34" X 22" I ordered is suited for dogs up to 70# I've included lots of photos to give you an idea of the quality and styling. Hope that helps.

I bought this bed because my cat, Roxy, enjoys sleeping on my desk, and my keyboard in particular. To ensure I actually get some work done, I started looking for a small bed that I could fit on my desk where she would have a more comfy, and unobtrusive place to keep me company while I work. I was looking for three criteria with the first being size. I wanted something big enough for her to lay on but small enough for my desk. The second is comfort, she is 14 years old and has arthritis so I wanted to make sure she had some support. The final criterion was the ability to easily wash it. She is a long-haired kitty and since the bed is on my desk I wanted to make sure that I could easily throw the cover in the wash to keep my electronics free of hair. Since just got it I have not washed it yet but the zipper looks like it will make it easy to take off the cover and throw it in the wash. She's always been extremely picky, with all of her previous beds being donated due to unuse but she took to this bed immediately! I was really surprised but she absolutely loves it. She now prefers it to my keyboard (thankfully)! The size I ordered was the 11"x17" which as you can see from the picture is perfect for her. We both recommend it!

Great bed after 4 years
I bought this bed in 2018 and it's such a great bed for the price. Easy to clean and the cover is pretty durable. My dog likes to scratch the surface before laying down and surprisingly never tore the surface till now. There's a small tear a couple inches long so it's still not too bad but I'm thinking of replacing it anyway since it's been a few years. Definitely getting another one.

It Has Changed Our Cat's Life!
Our kitty is very old. She's also super duper thin, and just to look at her, you know those poor little kitty cat joints hurt! Things are financially t-i-g-h-t right now, but I couldn't see her suffer any longer through the homemade beds I'd whipped up for her. I felt I could squeak out the price of this one. I put it out and held my breath. She climbed on and hasn't gotten off of it except to pee. She even likes her food and water bedside, which, of course I do. So, this bed has been terrific for her. To be honest, however, it doesn't seem luxuriously soft at all. I didn't expect it to be for the price, but there might be softer ones out there for even $10 more. I just didn't have that. I believe our dog could chew through it, so I guessed at how chew proof it is. Hope this helps you decide.

Impressive
Very impressed with this bed, especially for the price! Fits our great Dane’s crate nicely. Cover washes great! She has chewed the corner a few times and gotten to the foam, but we’ve been able to sew it back up and continue using it.

Super nice product
Very plush, washable, made with recycled memory foam. my only wish is that the bottom was rubber or something to not slide as I use two in a bay window. Overall this is a very nice product for the 40$ i think i paid for each. For dogs over 70lbs you'll need more padding underneath these though (i used anti-fatigue mats with no slip backing)

Memory foam?
Initially (out of the box) foam lofted quite well, but after one week of use bed it quite lumpy. I understand that it is SHREDDED memory foam, but to me memory foam implies that it will mostly keep its shape. Time will tell how it stand up after a month.

Labradoodle loves her bed!
Our puppy loves her raised, memory foam bed. She doesn't like soft, squishy fleece beds; she shreds them! Love that you can easily remove foam chips to adjust softness of bed or make a cozy well in the middle for puppy.
