Super cute nightstand
I love this piece, and it perfectly matches the Crosley bookshelf/cabinet I already had. Very little assembly required. My only complaint is what others have noted; the veneer was chipped and splintered at the top of one side. I called Crosley and they said they couldn’t send a replacement for that “part” since the box body was the main component. Decided to keep rather than return, and just do a little cosmetic repair. Overall though, I love it, and do feel like it’s really good value for the money.

Not West Elm, but a good alternatice
I have A LOT of the West Elm Mid Century pieces. I needed a couple more end tables for my family room, but didn’t want to fork out $399 each. Enter these tables. I was a bit worried after reading reviews. Would the color be too orange? Would the difference be too obvious? I am happy to say, for the price and how I am going to use them, I am happy. Are they West Elm quality? No. These are a veneered MDF product. Are they an exact copy of the West Elm tables? They are close. The legs are a little thicker and they are one drawer instead of two. But eah. For a third of the price, I’m good. The drawers have a nice soft close. A bonus. The finish work on the faux drawer isn’t great—splinters. One of the two I purchased arrived with a little bashed in edge at the back, but I am in the middle of a move and don’t have the energy to exchange it. I should exchange, but honestly, for the price, it isn’t that noticeable. I will put a coaster or lamp where the issue is. It is pretty small. Now for the color. I was worried when I purchased. The veneer is a bit warmer (more orange) than the West Elm. But it isn’t horrible. I put them side by side for comparison. But in real life I would I would never put these pieces side by side in the house. So I am good. Again, I am saving a lot of money! The West Elm pieces I own are going where guests will be. These tables will be in my family room where we will probably use and abuse them. :) So I am pleased with the purchase and price! And for the record…in the photo, the real West Elm is on the left. This product is on the right.

Ordered 2, both had damage, kept 1. A+ for easy installment
Ordered 2, both damaged. Kept 1, sent 1 back for replacement. I’ve read a lot of this brand comes damaged and both of mine came with issues. One had a gash and 2 large scratches on the front drawer. The other had a separation on the front top edge. We decided to send back the one with the scratches and gash for a replacement. The installment instructions were super easy & it took less than 1 minute to put together. We will see how the other pieces we ordered come.

The drawers wreak of formeldhyde & came with a few dings
UPDATE #3: 5 months in and the drawers still stink. I really hate to put anything in the drawers because I'm not sure what the off-gassing is doing the the stuff in there. WOULD NOT BUY THESE AGAIN UPDATE #2: A month in, they still smell like death every time I open the drawers. I've even taken the drawers outside to air out and it's still bad. This is actually concerning to me. What chemicals am I being exposed to? UPDATE: Two weeks in and they drawers still smell so terrible. This amount of off-gassing cannot be good for you. I am afraid to put anything in them because I don't know how it will affect them. (I usually keep my medicine in the drawer and I don't want it contaminated.) We just moved and have been assembling all kinds of furniture. When my husband opened these to assemble, I could smell them from the other room. It is very strong chemical smell. Once assembled it went away, but every time I opened the drawers, the strong smell comes back. Going to take outside tomorrow to hopefully let air out. Coloring: kind of orange and inconsistent.. dark around the edges and light in the center. Not my favorite.

Beautiful ... But
This is a beautiful piece. The lack of one star is because the legs aren't as solid as the actual trunk, and the inside of the drawer has a putrid smell of sweaty (or dirty) feet. The outside sweaty feet aroma finally dissipated after a few weeks. However, each time I open the drawer, which is when I am in bed, I get a waft of sweaty feet aroma. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but I am not sure it's worth $140. I am stuck with buying another one for the other side of my bed because who wants two mismatched nightstands if they can help it? Lol.

Beautiful, Strong, Heavy Real Wood Quality
This item came in perfect condition, very well packed. It has no flaws, is very solid and took literally 5 minutes to put the legs on it. The only negative is, as others have mentioned, the stain does have a strong kind of chemical smell. Concerns me a bit, but I have left the drawer open to air out with one of those moisture remover bags for four days now and the smell is almost completely gone. Overall, this furniture piece is surprisingly heavy and appears to be solid oak on the legs and solid wood on the base (though I believe a cheaper kind of wood, but mostly NO veneer! Hard to find stuff that doesn't just use mdf or particle board and put a cheap veneer on it (I'm looking at you Ikea). Overall great, quality find!

Why are there no photos showing the drawer open? I was disappointed to see it was only 1 drawer and not 2 small ones.

Amazing nightstand
These are amazing! They came quickly and were easy to put together. The price was the best I found and I was comparing similar on Wayfair. The wood tone is perfect. They are sturdy and solid wood. I bought 2. So happy with this purchase.
