Tricky Stoppers

Even when dried off, it is hard to keep these stoppers in the fermentation containers I have used as the air pressure seems to pop them up: a problem that was solved with a rubber band around the stopper and container. Other than that, great product!

great product.

great product. the rubber inserts are a bit to straight up and down. could use a bit more of a taper, but over all easy to clean and reuse. good heavy duty plastic

Great price, fragile plastic, slippery corks.

The piece is good and they WORK fine. The corks are oddly slippery and kept popping out of my glass bottles (no bubbles? The cork did it... brew was fine). Trying to keep cork in enough to monitor bubbles, I broke the neck off one. It's REALLY thin plastic compared to my prior sets. So, be VIOLENT stuffing the cork in HARD, and then gentle as possible adding airlock.

Nine carboys and they slip

The media could not be loaded. I've tried these in nine carboys and they push back up out of them. The airlocks do work well.

If you’re having issues make sure you dry the stopper and the area it’s being plugged into they work well

Cheap and effective

These airlocks are cheap and effective, but be careful when using them as the thin plastic cracks easily when handled improperly. Otherwise, they work great.
