My daughter had a Joan of Arc project. This costume was super cute and fairly comfortable for her.

Order two to three sizes up - runs small and size chart is inaccurate

Costume looks really cool but the quality is low for the price. It is not sturdy enough for multiple wearings. My daughter is super excited about how it looks but it will not last long. Most important, the sizing chart has absolutely nothing to do with what you receive - we got the size we ordered but it does not match up with the size of the child the chart describes it fitting. My daughter is tall and thin. If clothes do not fit her the issue is usually that clothes are either too short or too wide. We ordered up a size so she could wear it over a sweatshirt. It just fits over a short sleeve shirt. I would recommend ordering two or three sizes up. If you are concerned about width, especially at the waist, I would pass on this and try a different costume.

Worth it

Kid loves this thing! Bought it for Halloween but has used it for so many adventures since. Not a very heavy duty product, but for the price it has held up way longer than I would have ever thought. Only damage so far are the little buttons on the shoulder pad and wrist cuffs came un glued.

Great value for money, lots of options

We bought this for an 8 yo boy for a renaissance festival. We liked you could change up the outfit, for instance, he didn't care for the hood. If you wanted you could wear it like a scarf but we opted out. The other parts are optional as well, like the arm bands or the boot covers. A good value for the price!

Awesome

This costume is awesome, I thought it was an exaggeration like when you see the commercials for a "McDonald's hamburger" and you unwrap one in real life to see something that is supposed to resemble a hamburger. Well McDonalds' should take notes, because this costume looks exactly like is shown.

Looks great!

The costume was just what my daughter wanted. The boot covers leave a little to be desired and she couldn't use the belt out of the package because it did not have holes and wouldn't stay tight enough. She loved it though and she got many compliments on it. The "chain mail" on the arms does snag pretty easily but all in all this is a great costume!

Too bad it ravels apart

Good locking costume and confortable The quality is very cheap though unfortunately. The day we opened it the silver sleeve started to ravel really badly and there is no stopping it.
