Size is small

The xs size is too tight for a chihuahua. It would fit a smaller sized cat. Build quality is...average. Taking it out of the package had the fuzz falling off.

Limp flat legs, best for smaller dogs

The media could not be loaded. This costume is not as nice as pictured, but can be close if you are inclined to put in the work yourself to fill the gaps where the manufacturer cut corners. Time is money - I’d prefer to pay more and have it be as it’s advertised. Our 35 pound Aussie is too big for a size large. The spider butt is more in the middle of her back. Conversely the spider head is too large and thus won’t stay in place — falling back or to the side The legs are flat and limp - they are NOT pronounced & firm with polyfill like in the AD pic. You’ll need to make a small slit in the side of each and stuff them all full of polyfill or even old plastic bags. Two of the legs in the middle are even tied together with an orange wrap- that should probably be cut so they don’t look like one leg. Not sure if we’ll keep this. If so we’ll be putting work into it to address the limp/flat legs and tighten the head.

Pup was cute

I loved the costume. Wish it had ear holes so they hat piece wouldn’t have kept falling off.

Adorable

I can’t stop laughing! Easy to put on. Hat doesn’t stay on very well but overall it does the job. So cute, or maybe it’s just my dog.

It is OK

Cute costume, but the legs aren’t sturdy. And it is a little short on my doggie and he is a little guy.

Almost perfect

As others have noted, the legs do not have enough stuffing in them, and they don’t have any stiffener or wire to keep them from lying flat. The addition of a thin piece of wire and a bit more fill will make it the perfect costume for the pup.

Not great for the money

The legs are not any where near sturdy enough so do not stick out from the body of the dog. There is no metal inside the legs to allow them to be postured so they just lay flat against the body. My dog just sat down in it with a spider leg in his mouth as it was laid in front of his face rather that outwards. Very high hopes for This and left sorely disappointed.

Little bit small

Not as good as in the photos

This looks way better in the photos. When it came, it looked very flat. The legs don’t stick out like the picture. The only thing I do like is the hat. So cute! My poodle is not impressed though.
