Great Color - Doesn't Fade
I've been wearing this swimsuit to the local community pool to swim laps, and it's holding up very well. The water at the pool is highly chlorinated, and my previous swim suit quickly lost all color and started to wear in the seams due to the chemicals. This suit is a dark raspberry color, and it's remained consistent for the past month of wearing about every other day. I haven't seen any problems with the stitching or fabric. One thing I do not like is the pads in the breast area. I wish I could remove that entirely from the suit, but they are sewn in, so I'd need to cut some of the stitching to remove them. Many bras come with a small seam that allows you to remove the pads these days, which I do immediately. I'm not sure why this detail was omitted (perhaps they don't want the pads to accidentally slip out while you swim?) Also, these run tight. I typically wear a size 10, so I purchased a 12, but that was still too tight for me. I returned it for a size 14, and I'm really happy with the size now.

Very flattering and supportive
I tried this swimsuit and many others in my local sporting goods store, and it came ahead of other brands (Nike, Land's End) by a mile! It does size a little smaller than I would have expected - I wear 8 in pants but needed a size 12 (I'm 5'1 and 150lbs). That being said it was the ONLY swimsuit I tried that was supportive in the chest area, and had a cut meant for women, not 12-year-olds. The material is thick and comfortable, and it looks great. Very happy about my purchase.

Happy
Happy with the fit and support. I feel the butt could be maybe an inch more to do a comfy coverup of the mama cheeks but it does the job. I'm 5'7 140lbs with 34/36 D cup. I went with the size 12. The cup support is a tad more of a sports spary/smashed support but nothing pops out or down. The pads do move around quite a bit with wear and movements. They are sewn into the seems therefore in order to unfold them.and move them back in place you have to fiddle with them quite a bit. I will only hang dry because I'm scared of shrinking the suit or totally discombobulatin' the pads. For the price, I hope it takes me through the summer and lots of movements in kiddy pools!.. we shall see. Overall very happy. It was also a try before you buy! Which made it even more awesome.

Not well made
This suit is attractively designed, but like most things made in China, its quality leaves a bit to be desired. The first time I swam in the suit, I realized that the bra cup that had been placed underneath the fabric had not been sewn in and had doubled over instead of remaining smooth and in place. I had to cut a hole in the material on the inside part of the bra area in order to grasp it, smooth it out and tack it down with needle and thread. The elastic around the legs is not the best quality, but it held up for most of of a year. The suit is advertised to last for 300+ hours, but I doubt it will last that long. Update 12/5/22. This suit comes with a tag that says it's good for 300 hours of use. In reality, it's probably good for about half of that. After using it daily for a year, 1/2 hour per swim, the elastic got pretty loose so...it's more likely good for 150 hours of swimming, but for the price, that was pretty good. They still haven't fixed the bra cup problem and probably won't, but if you're wearing this simply for exercise and not for looks, it works.

Great swimsuit with one flaw
I agree with other reviewers, the padding move after washing. Other than that, I love everything about this swimsuit.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give this item a five star review, because the color you get, is not the color pictured. The black swim suit shows white contrast in the picture, but actually the swim suit has a dark gray contrast. Not an attractive color at all!

Black suit with grey piping instead of white as pictured
The fit is tight but I think it will stretch with use. It’s a flattering cut but the suit I received has grey piping along the strap edges instead of a black suit with white piping. Also as other reviewers have pointed out the pads in the top and pretty flimsy and easily bent but they are removable so I may try to stick some pads from another suit in there instead or just go without. Still contemplating returned since the grey piping is really not as attractive as the white piping on a black suit.

Best for short torso, works for large cup size
The underbust elastic is strangely low. The size 14, hit me (5'5") right at the bottom of the rib cage. To fit properly, it would need to be at least 2 inches of unstretched fabric higher. At 36G, the entire top half of my chest pops out the top due to how short the suit - but it is actually fully contained at the sides, which is amazing - and makes this suit a keeper. I removed the pads - there is a slot to pull them through. This is an easy to put on suit great for a quick pop into the lake. I would wear something else for a full day at the beach (for me a tankini with shorts) or to actually swim in (the tyr maxback). Why not really swim in it? There are a lot of seams on the inside, particularly in the underarm (where an underwire would hit in a bra), this would likely be uncomfortable with a lot of arm motion. Also, it is low enough in the front to cause major drag. the piping and shape of the top part are cute though - and at least dry, the bottom is not too large for my apple shape, which is usually the case with suits that fit me on top.

Very little stretch to no stretch
Does not live up to the Tyr brand for plus size women. This was the second suit I ordered. Decided to go up two sizes & it still does not fit. Not enough stretch in new fabric. Before trying on I measured the suit beside my old one & got excited as it was almost the same size except an for inch in length. Noticed the cup material was folded & shifted in the bra shelf sleeve. It would not go into place & remain unfolded. This bra shelf pad needs to be replaced with a proper bra shelf. Old one is superior. Could not get the new suit over my hips. I usually wear a size 20 in pants & have hour glass figure.

Great fit except for sponge bra material-loose in bra area-had to tack/sew them in place. Also no adjustment shoulder straps

Flaw in design.
Material and fit are as expected but the bra cups twisting when washed or rinsed causes much frustration even when rinsed by hand.
