Almost perfect
By my count, the black one is the 2nd and the black/purple one the 3rd generation in the US. The first generation was sized s-xl and had excessively tight arms, and was small for size. The second gen, in number sizes, was less small, and had too tight, but not so much too tight arms (and silicone leg grippers). The first two were oddly reasonably long in the torso. The 3rd gen is looser in the sleeves (still tight, but more wearable), and is a little less small than the 2nd, but seems to have given back an inch in torso length. No silicone leg grippers (only matters to differentiate from the earlier versions). Oddly, this one is tight in the shoulders. Granted, I have bigger than average arms and shoulders (muscle and, um, not muscle), so if you have slender to average arms, this might be perfect for you. I believe these were intended to have a slight compression fit, and not fit loosely, so don’t expect to fit without some stretch unless you have skinny arms. I love these (well, not so much the purple color), or would, if they were just a touch less tight in the arms and shoulders, were a little more generous in size, and added a half inch to an inch in torso. I’ve tried all 3 (and at least a couple versions only offered outside the US), and many other brands. Speedo is one of about 3 brands that make long sleeve one piece swimsuits that aren’t significantly short in the torso. The pattern is great (all black), the material is great, the quality is great, and for the most part, it’s not too short. Speedo, please make a 16 or 16L with just a little more room in the arms and shoulders. I’ll buy 5.

Awkward fit at the collar.
The suit looks good but rubs at the neckline

Perfect for paddle boarding and I love that it’s 1 piece.
This suit is just what you would expect from Speedo. The fabric is high quality and the manufacturing/stitching are all where they should be. It stay in place and the butt doesn’t get saggy when it’s wet. The the fabric hasn’t pilled even though I wore it a whole season. I wear it with a bikini bottom underneath and love that it keeps me covered and doesn’t roll up like other rashguards. Last time we were at the beach, I had 4 different women ask me where I got this suit. I highly recommend it.

Typical Speedo quality
Speedo is by far my favorite brand. The outer fabric is high quality, resistant to fraying or pilling when sitting on concrete, on a board, etc. It is double layered everywhere except the arms. I always think it's worth paying extra for speedo - it will last 5x longer than generic brands. Having said that, I do like amazon's ocean blue brand if you're looking to save a few dollars. I would not mess around with generic chinese brands, I have tried several, and they are paper thin fabric, will barely last a season. Here are some notes on the Speedo One Piece Zip Front Long Sleeve: It has removable cups. This is an athletic fit - it does not fit like a leisure swimsuit. There is no extra space, it's tight, meant to hold everything in place. Leg holes are pretty high. Arms are VERY long. It is a bit of a struggle to get on and off, pretty tight, similar to putting on a wet suit. Once it's on, it's very comfortable. I'm 5'7", and the torso on this seems ideal for my height. If you're 5'10 or taller, I'm not sure it would work for you. Zipper is nice and sturdy. Like I said, great quality all around.

True to size, good coverage, wandering cups
My wife reports, "The fit is true to size. The body is fully lined, helping to prevent irritation from the decorative seaming. The full zipper also has a full, interior protective placket. The sleeves are long, which provides sun protection to the backs of the hands, but thumb slits would have been nice to hold the sleeves down in place and to prevent twisting.. Although the legs are high-cut on the sides, there is plenty of fanny coverage, so no constant tugging. There are removable cups. While it's nice to have the option, the cup pockets are really the entire upper area on each side of the zipper, which allows the cups to wander too much. This issue, for me, lowers the suit from a 5-star to a 4-star rating. "

It's sexy!! Like in a cat suit kind of way.
I love this suit! It is not hot nor icky, it's extremely comfortable to wear on the hottest of summer days. We had a large party for the 4th and I decided to slip this on for the comfort of being around so many people as far as discretion. I got more compliments and looked sexy as all get out in this. Kinda give you a power trip when you wear it! Extremely well made with a thick synthetic fabric, not thin or clingy, and does have padding. I was so comfortable wearing it and never had to dig it out, fits great behind. Sometimes more is more!

So much better than a rash guard!
I snorkel regularly and I always wear a rash guard to protect my arms and shoulders from the sun rather than using sunscreen that can destroy the delicate ecosystems in reefs. The problem with rash guards is that they balloon up and tend not to stay in place while your in the water. This is the perfect evolution of the bathing suit as sun protection. It fits nicely. Shows off my form well, and moves easily with me as I swim and dive. It's very similar to several neoprene suits that I have, but is much lighter weight for summer use. This is my new go-to for swim wear!

Fits Great
This Speedo women's one piece zip up swimsuit is just what I needed to take on vacation for scuba diving. I didn't want a full wet suit. This black suit fits perfectly and makes me look even thinner. Lol. Zipper closure works well and there were no flaws in the suit. Stitching is good as well. It's made of 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex. So, it's very comfortable to wear and it doesn't creep up in the butt area. It stays in place nicely. It has UPF 50+ protection which is a plus as well. Great price for a great addition to my summer wardrobe.
