A nice soft box.
There is an included 10 page manual written in reasonably correct English, but it wasn't written for this small size soft box. You can get the general info from it, but details about the reflector and it's mounting to the center pin don't match this unit, and there is no side zipper for access should you wish to install, remove or make adjustments to it. The bolt end of the pin unscrews and this bolt is all that fits through the hole in the reflector. When the bolt is tightened, there is no distance adjustment of the reflector, and accessing it is through the Velcro attached and internal snaps of the diffuser, not through a side zipper. Rotational adjustment of the Bowens Ring is completely left out of the manual too, and this one does not rotate easily. Still, I like this small soft box and plan to use it for a hair light and also possibly for clamshell lighting of some subjects.

Great softbox but,
I received the softbox in excellent condition or so. I thought. Packaging was excellent, product seemed great until I started to put it together. A small manufacturing defect in the sewing of the internal panel. There should have been four anchors and there were only three to mount the light panel inside the softbox. I was going to send it back but because I needed this immediately I decided to use it as is. I'm going to think that the odds of this happening are very rare, but I thought I need to mention it. The company seems to make some great products so I'm going to assume this was just a fluke.

Godox stripbox
Ive been a godox fan for awhile now. I have there flashes as well so buying this type of softbox was a no brainer. It collapses well and is portable enough for my needs.

Great value, quick setup
This set features both a softbox and beauty dish which are quick open. They are of good quality and served me well on a recent photoshoot!

Needs strong lights to work
Bought for use with a Godox AD400 pro and it is a great modifier. The only issue I have had is that it needs more powerful lights with all of the diffusion panels. If you are using with typical on camera strobes, look elsewhere for a modifier. In studio situations it is great. In daylight, you must remove diffusion material to be strong enough to compete with the sun, even in shaded areas. Don't get me wrong as Glow branded diffusers are excellent products - durable, easy to use, and complete (not needing to buy other parts). This is just indicating appropriateness for a specific use.

Nice softbox but may not fit all strobes w/modelling lamp
I was really excited to get this 10 x 24 softbox for use in some of my food photography. When I opened it up my first thought was, "Wow, this is going to be perfect." When I attempted to mount it to one of my 400W strobes with a 150W modelling light I very quickly realized it would not fit with the modelling lamp installed. I read through the manual to see if it had anything to say about this limitation and I checked the Amazon listing to see if I missed anything. The Amazon listing did not mention anything about this softbox only being useful in certain Bowens mount applications. The manual did mention possible maximum heat limitations for certain lamps & softboxes but didn't list any specifics, which would have been extremely helpful. Since I bought this specifically to use with my studio strobes I really wanted to find a way to make this work without any modifications to the softbox or my strobe. I was hoping I could find a Bowens mount extension adapter but it seems such a thing does not exist. I ended up buying a Bowens Mount To Elinchrom Mount adapter and an Elinchrom Mount to Bowens Mount adaptor and using the two to make my own extension. The Elinchrom mounts ended up not staying locked together which frustrated me a bit. I soon realized I could take the two adapters completely apart with just a few screws (eliminating the Elinchrom mounts completely) and put them back together to create the Bowens mount to Bowens mount extension I originally wanted to find off the shelf. My new adapter works nearly perfectly for what I need it to do. I'm sure I'm losing some light doing this but I am able to use the softbox now. I'm hoping to modify my adapter a bit more to make the interior reflective instead of black which should help to minimize the light loss. Knowing the limitations of the mounting of this light box to my strobes I would still buy it again if I need to. It's a nice little box and stores away pretty well. It would be nice to know upfront that this box will not work in all Bowens mount applications. It would also be nice to have more information on the max. heat limitations of this softbox from the manufacturer. Beyond these minor issues I really do like this softbox and I would buy another if the need comes up. It does mount nicely to speed light s-type brackets with no issues. Nice little softbox
The only negative is that any strobe with a modeling lamp that extends out (like a Godox SK or DP series) will not work with the modeling lamp bulb installed, it will hit the internal softbox mechanism and prevent the unit from seating in the bowens mount. It does work with LED lights or any strobe without a modeling lamp sticking out. Works with the AD-200 in an S-bracket, but does not work with the 2 AD-200's in AD-B2 power head because the flash bulbs extend too far out and again will hit the internal plate holding the softbox together. easy to set up although it does not have a catch when it opens, it has a small screw head you have to take off and screw in to hold the unit open and hold the beauty dish on if you plan on using it. Overall a great little softbox for a single AD200 or flash unit as long as you understand the limitations and plan on using a bowens mount S-bracket. Happy shooting.

The quality and pricing of this light modifier was as advertised. I have several of these modifiers, all of which provide exactly what I expect in ease of setup and quality of light.

SUPER cheap quality given the price
Very cheap quality for the price! Not happy at all, given the cost. Make sure to be super careful when you are working with this frame. It is not made of solid plastic. Rather some kind of light, semi-dense foam board. Ordinarily, this would not bother me. However, after removing the cardboard backing and trying to flip the frame over, it pulled apart in two places (see images). I managed to repair it with my own staples for reinforcing. But, wow. For $45 CAD for an 18x24 frame, I at least expected solid frame plastic. Or even some kind of cheap press board. Also the reflection on the plastic cover is quite high. Overall, the frame looks nice. And being light makes it easier to hang. But the fact those corners broke so easily, is just inexcusable for the price of this.

Easy to assemble, inexpensive and acceptable quality
I would use this to hang and display a poster in my living-room - not that it's exactly cheap, but it's still just plastic, but it still looks good enough for any other room really. The transparent panel is of sufficient quality to make the art inside look good. The price is reasonable. I'm getting a few more of these for my other posters in my gaming room.

Fell from wall, from which I had perceived was stabally hung in place, and shattered into several pieces. Was alright, although perhaps may have required a tad more durablity to not have sustained the amount of damage it had...kinda par for the course, brittle plastic frame....
