Does the Job
I broke my mattress protector at college and it was a $50 fine, so this was a much cheaper option. I put it on the day I moved out and it served the job for which I needed, but I’m glad I don’t have to live with it. A corner tore a little as I tried to put it on the mattress and it smells horrendously. I turned the fan up all the way and hoped the smell dissipates before they inspect my room. I put it on my mattress myself, but I recommend having a second person help you. While it’s not amazing, I have bought this mattress cover three times for the same reason and my school has never charged me. It serves the purpose it is meant to serve.

Shredded after less than a year
I put this protector on my bed and a mattress cover over it. I only wash the mattress cover every 4 months or so. So I didn't see until this week that the plastic cover was in shreds. My mattress had stains on it. But then again it only cost $12. So maybe I shouldn't expect more than a month's worth of protection per $2 spent.

fit just right
i bought the cover larger than i needed. i folded the excess under the mattress, you would not even know it was there. I found the cover to be sturdy, and able to take me folding and stuffing and redoing it again and again. yes, there was a smell. it's plastic in a plastic bag, I left it unfolded over night , in the morning the odor was gone. I feel i got a good bargain.

Ok, But!
The product said it was Oderless, that is so wrong the smell was so strong had to put it outside. Now running it through the washer if that doesn't work won't be able to use it. That is a shame it was what I needed.

Very comfy mattress protector . My mattress is now safe from baby accidents and from my kids. Great thing to buy when protecting a brand new mattress.

Very well made
Has a strong zipper which is very important with a mattress cover. The material feels soft and quiet, most feel more like plastic and cringle around when moved.

Great replacement purchase for my son's room
Much better than a fitted mattress protector, I say this not because it protects better, but because the sheets actually stay on. The original mattress protector we had was fitted and the sheets always slipped off as well as the mattress protector. With this one, I don't have to worry about the mattress protector slipping and the sheets haven't come off either which is a bonus. The material does seem similar quality to our first one so I expect it'll only hold up for maybe a year or two but for the price it was well worth it.

Not worth it!
This was not returnable even though ut should have been...and its of very poor quality. Even hmjust opening the bag it was super smelly...maybe if you had time to air it out it might get better but with my allergies...there was no way I could tolerate this especially to sleep on. Thanks Amazon for refunding ne even when the seller would not. I do not recommend this product!

Toxic smelling!!
It is plastic and it smells toxic.. I took it out of the bag and left it to air out in the guest bedroom (thinking it was going to eliminate the smell). Two weeks later it still smells toxic and so does the whole room! The smell gives me a headache just walking into or next to the room imagine sleeping on it. I don’t think the fumes (smell) is safe to sleep on. I’m having a hard time getting the smell out of the room three days after I packed the cover and stored it in garage! I’m so disappointed to have waited so long, trying so hard to eliminate the smell! It has 30 day return policy and it is 31 days after!!

Great cover for the bed
This is a really great cover. It went on the bed easily. It does make some plastic sounds, but it's very minimal which is nice. Sadly, my cover was torn on the side a bit. I took it out of the packaging and put it on the bed this morning and the one side was torn a bit. It still covers the bed well; but the fact the side is open is upsetting as I wanted something completely encasing the bed. It's not enough to send it back or to really complain though. Delivery was really quick and the price is excellent. Definitely worth purchasing.

Great item just poor zipper craftmanship
This is a great cover. The only issue i had was once on the mattress i went to pull the zipper and it come off the plastic teeth. perhaps they should stich across the two pieces so the zipper head will stop. It wouldn't go back on as the thread started to come out from the zipper edges. so i just taped it closed. This is only used to storm my mattress for the winter in my trailer.

Not easy for midnight changes
These are fine, Especially if you need to cover the mattress Aba just leave it covered. If however, like me, you’re a toddler parent, these are not ideal for a quick change of the bed as they go around the whole mattress.
