Works very well for pain

Instructions are basic I think it may cut off circulation in feet little bit. It says 6hrs first day then add another day 1hr and soo on works great I have problems going up and down stairs barefoot with these on I'm much more stable ! Excellent arch support posture is everything start with your feet n knees back etc will follow!

Comfortable. Modern.

I like that they worked. I've never tried these before but was intrigued by the slip on / hidden aspect and I could wear them with sandals at work, standing for 5 hours. It allowed me to be stylish and wear my gorgeous comfy sandals. I still wear my 1/2 sole inserts in Winter closed toe shoes, but I now wear sandals for Summer and like these. o The price is fair. I might hand wash them. I didn't read about that part of the box yet. If your feet hurt after wearing your sandals, try these. These slip right on your arch, like a headband for your arch. Not too tight or too loose. Thankfully.

I have bought 3 pairs, two for my wife and one for my nephew. Both of them wear them all the time because of the comfort. I consider this a very good purchase.

Love the arch support

I was getting cramps In my arch while walking and that's what I do at work, walk. However, the seam is a bit uncomfortable in the middle of your arch.

These really do help, especially wearing less supportive shoes. The supports are comfortable and don’t make you feel like you have anything extra on the bottom of your foot. They are snug but not tight and don’t make marks on your feet which was a pleasant surprise.
