Very comfortable

I have a heel spur, my Doctor at Kaiser gave me a pair of these! I was charged $5.00 I also had a corizone shot on my heel , out of pain in 3 days! But these heel inserts seem to also be helping! So I wanted another pair for other shoes , about 6 months ago I find them here for $29.00 , and now They are $39.00 and My son having problems with his heels so I paid the extra $10.00 really mad at myself! They need to bring down the price! Don’t know yet if they going to help my son! So unhappy about the price , need to check with Kaiser to see if they can give me another pair!

Might need 2 different sizes

The small ones fit my sons soccer cleats, but wouldn’t stay put in his football cleats. He could’ve used the bigger size due to the wider base.

Genuine ProCare Silicone Heel Cups

It took me three tries from different vendors, but these are the same as the cups I received from my orthopedic doctor’s office. Nothing sticky on the bottom, like with the cheaper off brands (not needed, they stay in place on their own). These make such a difference with my plantar fasciitis. I can’t walk as long without these, & even wear them with my orthotics for extra cushion. I’m a women’s size 9 1/2. The S/M were too small, so I bought the L/XL as well. Maybe the smaller size would work for a narrow heel or shoe, but L/XL worked best for me (see size difference in photos). These can easily be rinsed & switched out with any shoe & hold up well over time, so the value is really good.

Expensive, but effective

These silicone heel cups were recommended by my knee doctor when I asked about ways to lessen or eliminate heel pain. The price set me back, but nothing else had been helpful. These did the trick. I have worn them nearly every day for more than a year. They have not absorbed odors or broken down in their cushioning ability. When they do wear out, I will be buying another pair. Or two, for good measure.

Still going strong!

Ordered these March 2021 from Amazon after x-rays showed three bone spurs in one foot. Doctor suggested this type insert and if no improvement after a few months we would discuss surgery. That was almost a year ago. I’m on my feet 6 days a week averaging 12 miles a day based on smart watch. I burn through shoes about every 6 to 8 months and move these inserts between dress shoes, hiking boots, sneakers and the like. They have very minimal wear and tear and were a fraction of the price the pediatrist was asking. I cannot say it’s the exact brand but they have worked on my spurs with no more pain.

These are by far the best heel cups I have ever had and I have had many over the years. I was introduced to this brand 3 years ago by an orthopedic for plantar fasciitis and they have saved my ability to be on my feet all day. I try to walk 10,000-13,000 steps a day and I would be unable if not for these inserts. One of my feet will still ache and be tender at the end of the day but at least I can walk. I found the ones I received yesterday to be identical to my 3 year old pair. Same brand. Same quality. And they were 1/2 the price of the orthopedic office! The only downside for me is that the height at the heel causes my heel to slip out of flats or loafers. I have to wear these with athletic shoes or shoes that hold my feet in more. I tend to wear tennies the majority of the time as this is the most comfortable. If they are not in my tennies, my feet hurt a lot. Also, I wear a children’s size 3 shoe or a women’s 4-5 with added pads or thick socks. I bought the medium size after I had to return the XS. The XS wouldn’t have fit my 2 yr. old grandchild. The descriptions show all 3 sizes at the same dimensions.

Second pair - always need

This is something my orthopedic doctor gave me the first time! Second time I ordered the same from here. Works like magic for my plantar fasciitis! It’s currently indispensable for me. The glue does wear out after 2-3 wears, but no complaints. Still works fine for me and my pain

La talonera en sí, bien, pero no sirve de nada, puesto que se mueven, se corren hacia la punta del pie, con lo cual el cometido que tienen, no lo cumplen, y , o te ingenias algo para mantenerlas sujetas al talón o te tendrás que andar descalzando cada 100 metros para recolocarlas en su sitio, seria ideal que llegara a la punta del zapato, como una plantilla con talonera o un poco de alza, así no se moveria y compliria bien su función. El material, agradable, eso sí.

leider dauerte der Versand ewig und ganz geruchlos wie beschrieben sind die Einlagen nicht. Aber sie sind dich und wirklich weich und entlastend. Bis sie angewärmt sind, erst mal kalt und ungewohnt im Schuh, aber dann erfüllen sie ihren Zweck wirklich bestens

No sè muy bien como valorarlo

Es la primera vez que uso plantillas como estas, asì que no sè como valorarlas. Muy buenas no me han parecido, pero tampoco malas. No sè si es normal, pero no se pegan a la suela de los zapatos.

Cumplen bien su función

Van muy bien. Es conveniente que las utilices siempre en el mismo calzado porque si andas cambiándolas de zapatos, se te estropearan antes de tiempo.

More like a half gel in sole or heel lift

Wanted something to protect the back of my heel from chafing against the boot. These don't really cover that area the way the picture makes it seem. More like a half gel in sole or heel lift. Mainly just for the bottom of your heel. Also too thick to comfortably walk on. Makes your heel slide back and forth. Ended up throwing them away.
