Glad with these tires
After getting frustrated looking around for a new quality bike in my size locally that was reasonably priced and in stock I gave up until next year and just decided to update my 20 year old Canondale F700. I got these tires mostly for the red color that matched some of the other color highlights on my bike seal, grips, etc. and was pleasantly surprised after going on a couple of short rides. You can probably get away with something less aggressive if you just ride dirt roads but worked well for the light single track trails that I ride that sometimes get a bit muddy in spots and have rocks and roots in sections. The tires that I received from this vendor were the more desirable made in Japan ones and my only complaint was that one felt a bit tight and was difficult to install but that very well could have been my old rim. I can't speak to durability but they seem plenty good for the low miles that I ride a year.

Good stuff
I've been riding this model of tire on my 26" full-suspension x/c bike for something like 15 years ? They work fine for the kind of stuff I usually ride, which these days would probably be considered fairly tame. I went to buy a new one and was worried because I couldn't find them at the usual places. But the pair that arrived were packed securely in a nice-sized box, made in Japan, and appeared to match the one I wasn't replacing. Satisfied customer.

Ready to buy a replacement after 2 years!
I have had these tires for about 2 years, front and back. I have been averaging about 5 miles (very rough trail) every other weekend (whenever there is less than 4 inches of snow) on my hard tail diamondback. These tires do have some noticeable rolling resistance, however I was expecting such. The sidewalls have taken a beating and proudly display lots of gashes, but have not separated at all. The tread is only about half worn (guessing about 200 off-road miles on them) but I ride lots of deep mud, some snow and in wet - rocky-root filled terrain 90% of the time so I am finally seeing some traction loss in the rear the past few weeks. tread wear pictures included I will be looking for something slightly more aggressive and paddle like for the rear, but if I cant find anything I will be gladly purchasing another one of these soon! Totally recommend these for aggressive terrain, if your only riding on pavement/gravel/groomed trail or roads, run the other way!!!

I love these
I have a heavy old school Mountain bike from the late 90s that I upgraded 5 years ago. Most people would have purchased a new bike because the cost was the same but I needed reliability. I do not race but I do ride Desert Canyons in West Texas near the Mexican border. This is hard and dangerous going where Mules and Motor vehicles cannot and shade from the canyon walls your only comfort. You cannot afford to sleep over even well armed as day rides are pushing your luck and skill to the limit. I have a 2.0 on the back and 2.5 on my front. The side wall on my 2.0 finally gave out apparently with age when I was preparing for my summer. I never had a flat in 5 years even from Mesquite that can penetrate almost anything. I have other bikes with strong light tires but these have never failed. When the side wall gave out the wire held them together till I got home and ordered another. I will be watching my 2.5 close but so far so good.

Solid 26” tire
Fair price for an aggressive 26” tire. They are listed as 2.1” wide but they look a little narrow compared to other 2.1’s. Seem to have good traction. My son is a fan of the red stripe as well. Overall good buy.

Awesome tire
My last set of these babies lasted me 12 year of active riding. I looked around at other options when it was time to replace them, but can't justify $70 for high end tires when I know the Panaracers will work great. And the red sidewall just looks cool.

Seem pretty good
These seem to work well on tough terrain while rolling acceptable (barely) on pavement. I have experienced a bit of a rear shimmy on loose dirt, but I am running these on a new bike for the first time so I can't say if it's them or the bike itself. No slippage on the climbs though. They look snazzy, that's for sure.
