These door levers are great, as long as you don't have to switch the direction of the handle.
These door levers are very similar, if not identical to ones purchased at a big home improvement store. I bought them for my doors upstairs to match the ones I had purchased for the downstairs doors in my home. I can't tell the difference. The quality is nice. They are heavy and sturdy feeling. The downside is the reversible levers are not really reversible with the locking mechanism, If you have to switch the direction of the handle, the lock will stick and no longer be functional. This is do to the square cylinder on the inside. When you turn the lock, the middle bar gets stuck in the corner of that square cylinder. There are also no directions on how to reverse the handles, but it's really not that hard to figure out. So if the levers are facing the right direction, or you don't need the locking versions, I would definitely recommend these!

Update: unfortunately, the finish on these was very thin and started wearing off on the back side where fingersband rings continuously make contact. The underlying metal is a bright chrome type metal, so pretty obvious. Mechanically and functionally they are still very good. These are very solid and the finish is really nice. Most of the lower rated reviews complain about the lever switching mechanism. I used 13 of these in a home remodel and had to change the configuration of 7. 1. The "tool" to swap handles mentioned in other reviews is not for that at all. It is the key to use for the privacy locks. I used a small Allen wrench. 2. Once you release the pin, and remove the handles from the mechanism, you must also swap the lock tab/lock swap inserts in both 3. I saw reviews that mentioned if you take them apart to swap the handles, they won't stay together. When you put them back on the mechanism, there is a "right-side-up" and "upside-down". If you put the handle back on the wrong way, it won't click into place and will just fall back off. Just rotate the mechanism 180 degrees and try again.It will click and stay. 4. I agree that the directions are woefully lacking and poorly written. 5. I would agree that the little tan plastic filler on the inner part of the handle visually sticks out. Would have been nice if they made it the same color as the metal.

Good Quality, Great Price
Quality seems good. They appear to be made of above average materials. I like that I was able to reverse them with minimal effort when I needed left handed instead of right handed levers. One thing I do not really like: there is a small plastic piece in the bottom of the handle that comes out fairly easy. It does not seem to serve a purpose except to hide a hole. I think I am going to have an issue with them coming out. Time will tell. I needed 14 of these to replace all passage doors in my home and these got me the most bang for the buck. The price was definitely the best I could find.

Not locking properly
This lock set is defective, half the time it doesn't lock when you turn the knob, you have to depress the lever to lock it even when the knob is turned to lock position. UPDATE: It seems that issue of not locking properly has resolved by itself after some use. Considering the price I would recommend the lock even if it takes some time for it to get to 100%.

Can't switch the handles around, or the lock doesn't work.
The door handle looks nice, but you can't change the way the handles point and still have the lock work. It looks upside down to me, but there is nothing I can do to fix that if I want the lock to work. The directions say it can be changed, but the parts don't fit together if you swap the handles around.

Easy and fit the industrial
Unless you have to flip the lock, these are really easy to install! We bought two of them and are very happy. They’re just a little hard to lock and unlock, not very smooth. Other than that they’re great. Maybe we could put some WD40 on them or something

Solid sturdy feel. Finish is excellent. Only complaint is the latch sometimes stick in the door and also definitely need grease to make the door close smoothly. I bought 27 of these and about 5 had latch issues. The handles can be easily swapped for right or left hand doors. Need to use the included key. Took a couple times at first to figure it out but easy enough to do.

White plasic thing moves out of lever handel, why?
We like this lever handle, it saves a lot of frustration with the round door knob when your hands are slippery. There is a white plastic thingy that moves out of the handle after installation. I hope this is okay because we really like this new handle. It works like it should and we hope it lasts beyond the guarantee. That's why we shop Amazon.

Looks good but that is it . I'm in renovation Business and company owner got 2 of this one is working but its so badly made , I have filling if I press on handle little bit harder I will brake it. So, so , disappointed, and if you want refund or to return it you need to pay again to ship it back.
