Missing Parts & Instructions on Reversing! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!
I only gave this 3 stars because I think it's a good looking lock and worked okay once I was finally able to install it. I ordered new handles and deadbolts for my entire home, and was slightly disappointed in this product (as well as some of the door handles & deadbolts from the same company.). It came missing screws and was extremely hard to install. This handle looks great, HOWEVER the comments on reversing the handles are misleading. This handle (the entry door) and the privacy door handle from the same company are "technically" reversible, however there are ZERO directions on how to do it. The comments on the product said there were instructions on this, but there were not. I tried googling it, but only found an extremely subpar YouTube video from a woman using a push pin (I used the included flat pin from the privacy door handles I ordered). Once I took the lock apart, I had to put it back together through trial and error. It took myself, my husband AND my engineer father-in-law about 4-5 hours to finish the 3 entry lever door handles. I highly recommend going with a different company and I recommend choosing door handles that are already left or right hand specific.

These door levers are great, as long as you don't have to switch the direction of the handle.
These door levers are very similar, if not identical to ones purchased at a big home improvement store. I bought them for my doors upstairs to match the ones I had purchased for the downstairs doors in my home. I can't tell the difference. The quality is nice. They are heavy and sturdy feeling. The downside is the reversible levers are not really reversible with the locking mechanism, If you have to switch the direction of the handle, the lock will stick and no longer be functional. This is do to the square cylinder on the inside. When you turn the lock, the middle bar gets stuck in the corner of that square cylinder. There are also no directions on how to reverse the handles, but it's really not that hard to figure out. So if the levers are facing the right direction, or you don't need the locking versions, I would definitely recommend these!

Double Check Your Order
Hi, I ordered several of these and delayed in installing. 5 out of 6 were great, one is missing the screws and door plate. I waited too long and the return window closed. I suspect many people have returns and exchanges for door handles, so I encourage you to check the contents when you receive to make sure everything is there. Shame on me, I now need to order another.

nice product with great price
nice product with great price. not hard to install at all. I replaced all 7 handle in my house. 3 of them required revere the handle. The most difficult part, for me, to understand the instruction on revere the handle. The instruction is not very clear for me. Thank God there is a youtube so I can get a better instruction. And one of handle that I have even trouble to revere handle. I would buy this product again. In fact, I Just order 2 more because I have more door to replace

Great quality and durable
I've had these for about a month and so far so good. GREAT quality and seems very durable. The finish is very nice and smooth. I believe the price is very good for the quality. I've seen similar with locks that are $30 and up. I couldn't find ones that I liked with locks at an affordable price at Lowes or Home Depot so I got these. I purchased 4 and installed them easily myself (I'm a girl ????). Each one includes 2 keys. I purchased them to keep my little kiddos out of certain rooms in the house like the office and closet we keep medicines in. I will be buying more to change out and update all the door knobs in my house as I currently have brushed nickel. Again, great buy!

Solid sturdy feel. Finish is excellent. Only complaint is the latch sometimes stick in the door and also definitely need grease to make the door close smoothly. I bought 27 of these and about 5 had latch issues. The handles can be easily swapped for right or left hand doors. Need to use the included key. Took a couple times at first to figure it out but easy enough to do.

The handle itself is sturdy and high quality
This door handle has functioned perfectly for me since I received it about 2 months ago. I have some experience putting door handles on and had no issue with this one at all. It was fairly standard. The handle itself is sturdy and high quality, the locking mechanism gives a very satisfying click when moved into the lock position which I like. The style itself did not perfectly match our precious and other door handles throughout the house, but the differences are not glaring and the brushed bronze color did match so no one knows the difference. Overall I have been happy with it, and can't think of anything I've been frustrated with.

Pésima calidad y servicio
Pésimo los productos, para comenzar llegaron desfasados los 3 que se pidieron, una de las chapas no tenia cerradura como se muestra en la Imagen y la otra esta atorada en cuanto se le pone el seguro ya no se puede regresar y queda atorada. Pésimo servicio y calidad de los productos. NO LO COMPREN!!
