Horrible quality ruins a beautiful collar, worse, company ignores repeated fails (3rd fail in 1 year

Summary - three identical fails in under 1 year, not buying a 4th, company doesn't care to reply to my message on amazon. Well that sums it up well I guess. Used to love this company, but their quality is gone. This is the third time this design has failed in the same manner. It doesn't matter how cute the collar looks on my black cat, it's outrageous for two to fail in the same manner in under a year but three fails with the fabric coming unglued and the buckle comes loose. Interesting, the glue is the fail point in the other collar from this company I just reviewed where the bow tie and charm comes unglued and you can't put a tag on any longer. I'm truly appalled that the company ignored me completely when I reached out. I was hoping something could be done given two collars with multiple fails in the same manner each time. Completely ignored. Luckily these last two are still returnable (that's how recently this was purchased, it's still in the return window) so I'll get my money back and find a pretty collar elsewhere as there's no shortage.

Reboxed but not fixed

When I received the product I actually noticed 1 it was already broken 2 there was cat fur on it. I received the Product that Will S. had done a product review on. The exact same broken collar they returned! I glued it back together with Fabric Fuse from joann's but come on? Really?! Are you really just going to rebox a BROKEN ITEM?! it patten is the same in every way and it was broken in the exact same spot. Buyers beware! Not worth the money.

Cute but not durable

Fell apart after 2 weeks. Gonna have to go back to old collar, too bad. Very stylish however
