good for packing meals and saving money
My family's new year's resolution for this year was to eat out less, and save more money. I always preferred to get food from restaurants because I always felt rushed and could never pack lunch before sending my son to school, and I never had anything ready to eat by the time he got home. But once I got this cooler I was really motivated to pack my breakfast, snacks, drinks and lunch -- and saving at least $15 a day in the process. It's main feature is its spaciousness -- it is deep and wide. I can fit a 24 oz. reusable Starbucks cold cup (I take my home-brewed coffee in this), a 24 oz. steel water bottle, 2 bento boxes, four cold ice packs, 2 Capri sun juices, and 2 medium plastic containers full of snack foods like nuts, popcorn and fruit. It is taller than a Venti Starbucks cup with a straw, if that gives you an idea. Plus there is still 2 inches more space on top of the bin in case you really need to pack more. I keep it in the car while I do my daily routine, and I have all the food and drinks I need to get me and my kid through the day up until dinner time. On the inside is a sturdy plastic bin that you can take out and wash. If something spills inside it, it's not a big deal to clean, unlike other coolers with just a soft insulated interior. The inside of the cover has a net where I keep a container with utensils, cloth napkins and condiments. The pocket in the front is also deep, and the canvas it is made from is thick and stain-resistant. I often have to put it down on the ground at the park, and the bottom isn't frayed or dirty yet. The only drawback is that I pack it very heavily, so it weighs a lot, and the only option is to carry it with the shoulder strap, which can get a little awkward while walking. So if you plan to walk with a cooler of this size and weight, I would suggest a backpack cooler or a small rolling cooler. In the month since I bought this, I estimate I have saved $210 in restaurant food expenses. Not bad for a little cooler!

Excellent size
Excellent size. Zippers are of marginal strength. Side zipper was not fully sewn in place, requiring additional stitches by purchaser. Side pockets barely tall enough to hold 12 oz can. Adequate cooler. Expected more of a Coleman product.

Liner seems annoying
I had previously purchased a similar lunchbox for my husband from a big box store. It had a rigid bottom, a liner, and cup holders on the top. It was, overall, a great cooler. I was hoping to find something comparable and opted for this Coleman bag. Initially, I was unimpressed. The cooler has a soft bottom, the only rigidity coming from the bottom of the inside liner. There were threads hanging out all over the bag, so I had to snip and burn them off. Also, the liner seems sort of cumbersome because it sticks out above the lower zipper. Lastly, the pockets on the sides are impeded by handles... Not sure why they decided to place them where they did. However, it does have a large capacity, which is important when my husband is carrying several water bottles to work. He said it did keep his lunch cold, being packed with ice packs and cold bottled water. I intend to come back and update my review in time because I'm curious to see how well it holds up to daily usage. I will keep an eye on how well the shoulder strap, zipper, and bottom of the cooler withstand the test of time.

Great design, durability and value! Highly recommend!
Absolutely love this cooler! Perfect size for a lot of beers or a good amount of beers and other food containers. We live in Hawaii and this cooler really stands up to the heat! Keeps everything nice and cold and I love the inner hard plastic liner so that nothing ever leaks out as the ice melts (which was a big problem with our last one), plus one you're home it's super easy to remove and empty out or wipe down. Very sturdy construction, zipper and strap, and has a few pockets and bunnies on outside to hold napkins, utensils, etc. Also, inside the lid is a mesh compartment if you want something separated from the other stuff in cooler (to stay dry, or keep less cold, or just stay organized. It is not a huge size, just perfect for carrying over shoulder, but still can fit a lot inside. The only issue we had is when I received the first one the stitching was coming apart on one corner of the lid; we sent it back and easily got a replacement which was perfect! This cooler is so great that it was totally worth the wait. It is also a really good price compared to others with all these same features and quality. This cooler has really upped our beach game!

Perfect size and style.
My husband and I really like the color, size and quality. Perfect for a few drinks and some food too. Keeps everything very cold and fabric is durable and sporty looking.

It is what it one year later
The media could not be loaded. Big enough for full work days meals and snacks, keeps temps with a few reusable ice packs. Zipper is not very smooth to close and seems like it won’t last. It 9 out of 10 times snags and you have to reverse and then go forward. Netting on side pockets cheap seems like would rip if you used pockets often. They don’t stretch well. It’s fine for what it is. It’s Walmart quality definitely not like llbean or yeti. If I get a year out of it I’ll be happy. I’ll check back in then. I’d give it higher review if had stronger net pockets and stronger zipper. In video I was only using one hand so I could video. It is a little easier to close than shown but still cumbersome. After one year still holding up strong. No rips or tears and or broken zippers. I am surprised I didn’t think it would last. I use it everyday. It’s a little dirty on the outside that’s all.

Great buy!
I bought this product recently and I love it. The bag is heavy duty (does not feel cheaply made) and it is very spacious. Inside is a plastic bin that is removable and easy to wash. I was looking for something BIG and this bag is perfect. Even thought the bag is big, it does not look awkward. The strap can be customized for a perfect length so that you can carry the bag on your shoulder. If you eat many times a day (like me) and need to pack a lot of food for a long day at work, this bag is for you!
