Almost perfect, but a bit weak.
a good item, highly adjustable, and useable without the cockstrap (you can even use it as an extender to get a little extra stretch in the balls. The only negative I've seen is with the weight-bearing piece at the bottom. Not the piece itself, but the strap. While it works well for some weight, the snap often comes undone in cases of heavy weight, or tugging (in this case, tying a rope into the clasp, another around the leg of a heavy piece of furniture) The solution to this is using one or two extra cock straps to wrap over the ball separator strap's snap. Using this simple method, I'd managed to at least triple the weight or force used. Over all, a pleasing product.

If you like to stretch
If you like to stretch, squeeze and bind your balls, this is the thing for you. Love the tightness. It's a little difficult to get on properly but feels great once in place, with the scrotum suitably stretched and balls suitably split. I got the 2 inch version too but will have to graduate to it after practicing with this for awhile. Made with good-quality leather and snaps. It's best to wait until your balls are hanging low before trying to put this on. Looks fantastic. D-ring is suitable for adding weights or hooking up to a leash.

Lots of fun
This ball stretcher is lots of fun. I highly enjoy using it. There are a few things that take away from it. There are two rows of snaps for varying desired tightness and when closing said snaps regardless of desired tightness it is almost impossible to close the last snap without causing a decent amount of pain to the family jewels if closing from the top down. For extended wear it will start to ache and when released be prepared for the ache to increase slightly. But hey, we wouldn't be looking to purchasing this if we didn't expect a little pain.

to small for the average size
I'm not big, i'm of average size down there (about 6in) as well as for my balls, nothing huge. However this is clearly meant for the below average crowd. First of all, its was the biggest pain (and not the good kind) to get this thing on, once I got it on it was pinching my skin around my balls so bad it was uncomfortable to move in the slightest inch. Buttoning the cock strap was another challenge all on its own, it was way too tight, so tight to the point that it was un enjoyable. I should have read the other reviews regarding how this is very small. Highly dissatisfied with the product, would return if I could. hopefully this review will allow you to learn from my mistake and save yourself some money.

Hurts after a while.
This is REALLY difficult to put on. I don't have low-hangers so there isn't much skin to stretch. The leather is also not very flexible and after a while it starts digging into my skin and it really starts hurting. This item is for short session use only, which is not what I wanted. I wanna be able to wear this thing on a daily basis. On the plus side it looks really hot when put on.

Kinky kinda fun
This was fun to play with although I don't really like the penis ring on it. It will stay in place well enough without it and I'm thinking of cutting it off so I can use alternative penis rings. The ball part has plenty of snaps so it can fit looser for beginners and tighter for the more experienced. The ball seperator has 2 snaps and can be made fairly tight. The snaps rattle when putting it on through which I find oddly annoying.

I would make sure you check the size before buying could not get it to snap around the scrotum was way too small unfortunately there is a no return policy on these items so be sure to measure twice before ordering

Verschlüsse gehen zu schwer!
Die Verschlüsse gehen viel zu schwer zu da braucht man schon mal 10 Minuten dass man mal einen Knopf zugebracht hat. Bekomme immer nur einen Knopf zu da es echt schwer ist alle zu zubekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen!
