Can’t use properly for more than 3 feet wall-to-wall super slide
This item looks great and works well for superslide when one side is hanging on the rod J-shaped rod support. But, it doesn’t work when running superslide more than 3 feet from wall-to-wall. This wall bracket supports the superslide rod about 1/4 inch behind the front lip of the shelf. The J-shaped rod supports the superslide rod directly below the front lip of the shelf. Sooo, if you’re running a superslide rod wall-to-wall more than 3 feet, you’ll need to use the J-shaped support halfway between the walls. But, then you’ll be tugging on the rod backwards at the J-shaped hook. If you’re running from wall to “open air” and just one J-shaped hook, it will work because there are just two points of support for the superslide rod, the rod will angle slightly backwards from the front lip of the shelf. If you use the wall bracket and 2 J-shaped hooks, you’ll again be tugging on the middle J-shaped rod support hook. So, plan accordingly.

Solidly Built But Poor Installation Design
I have installed more of these types of things than I can recall and the installation design on this really sucks. The plastic screw inserts are part of the bracket, I'm not sure what advantage this holds. But it certainly comes with three disadvantages, one, you can't get it flush with the wall to get a proper measure. I ended up cutting out a cardboard template. Secondly, if by chance you happen to be over a stud, it's difficult to get enough force to drive it in because the body of the bracket is so close to the nail. When you go to nail it the frame of the bracket is in the way of the path of the hammer. Thirdly, what's the advantage of using nails? No one uses nails anymore outside of a framer. I ended up cutting off the inserts, putting in my own, and then screwing it in. Sooo much easier.

Probrably the way i put it?
My closet rack fell and these things just easily rippped out of the wall with it. Disappointed and in the trash.. The long things in the back of it wasnt completely in the wall cuz i brought the wrong ones, but who knows maybe if i installed it right it would still be in the wall so im not gonna say bad things.

Difficult to place correctly
These do the job and are good for completing the job of securing the closetmaid shelving units, but it is difficult to find a way to place it properly. Measure twice hammer once

EXTRA IN-LINE MOUNTING HOLES
STURDINESS COMPARED TO WHAT MOUNTING BRACKET IT WAS REPLACING. LITTLE EXPENSIVE CONSIDERING. APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT THE FIXTURE CONTAINED TWO IN-LINE INDENTION'S THAT COULD BE USED AS SCREW HOLES. IT WORKED OUT FINE.

50/50
Not a bad product. Top portion that supports shelf is solid but bottom part that holds the rod is weak and starting to collapse under weight.
