Too Bulky And Heavy
I started out really liking this bag. It has lots of storage space with pockets and zippers everywhere. There is a sizeable padded laptop interior pocket which is nice. However, it can be really bulky and clumsy to sort through. Especially if you can't / don't remember in which pocket a particular item is stored. With repeated use you may wish you had something more streamlined. I had my bag for about 6.5 years. Despite being a high-dollar item, the leather handles started to show wear / tear. I usually carried a book in the back pocket to read while traveling. After several years of this practice that pocket is started to show wear / tear as well. In both instances the leather cracked and wore away. The final straw came when one of the zippers separated and no longer closed properly. Overall, this is a pretty decent bag. It's best for carrying large amounts of stuff, especially for extended business travel. But if you want something for a regular meeting where you don't need to gear up for a week-long trip, it's oversized, heavy and very bulky. Really kind of a PITA when you don't have a lot to put in it.

You get what you pay for
I bought this case to replace a leather Tumi that I carried for over 25 years - what a great bag that was, and perhaps my expectations were based on its quality and durability. I should have known better - 40% of the Tumi price apparently buys 40% of the Tumi quality. It appears to me that this bag is made of some synthetic material covered by an extremely thin layer of leather - can't be sure, but one small scratch on the handle appears to have revealed something other than a solid piece of leather. In fact, the entire exterior of the bag just doesn't look like top quality, solid leather - again, just my opinion. All the tech pockets in the back section of the bag may be nice for some people, but I don't travel with two external hard drives and four PDA's. I would gladly trade all this gimmickry for one more sturdy divider. I also found the computer "sling" to be an annoyance and limiting in use of the bag - so, I cut it out and tossed it prior to my first trip. When I travel with a computer and not an iPad, I use a separate computer sleeve (Tumi) to protect it. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised and this bag's usefulness and durability will prove me wrong and it's appearance will improve with age. However, at the moment, not sure I made the right decision in buying this case.

Great, high class bag with one unfortunate design change
This is a beautiful, well made bag. It is my second purchase of this same bag and the first bag lasted more than seven years and more than 1,000,000 flight miles of abuse. My only complaint is that while I reordered the same part number, the new bag has a key difference in the pockets inside the back compartment of the bag. This one has one, this flap pocket where the original had 4 more robust pockets.

Stylish Bag But Zipper Broke Within First Year
I really like the style and roominess of this bag. Only drawback is the zipper on the back main compartment broke within the first year (zipper started ripping from seam and the teeth were bending). This could have been from me putting too much in the bag, but I've been using these types of bags for years and never experienced this problem). I had to take it to a local leather shop and it cost me $80 to get a new zipper put in.

Outstanding travel bag.
Taken all over the world since I bought it in 2013. Quality is outstanding. Zippers still work great. Lining still good. Throw some leather cleaner/preservative on it once in awhile and it looks brand new.

Love this bag!
I ordered this bag for myself for Christmas. Needed a laptop bag that had more room when I travel. The leather is top quality and looks great. Has room for my laptop, padfolio, manilla folders, power cords and a book. Lots of little compartments for coins, credit and business cards, etc. A great bag with lots of room and of very good quality.

Excellent bag, looks great, great construction, very nice leather and surprising light. Additionally the compartments make sense for someone who travels as extensively as I do. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend this bag highly.
