Good value and work well.

First time trying these. Make sure your pedals have holes on both sides to feed the straps through. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to grab the edge of the mounting strap and pull through the pedals. Once that was done the install went pretty fast just following instructions. I had used to clips before and these give a similar feel but allow more freedom to wear different shoe choices. I've only ridden with them a few time but they are comfortable and working well. Good value for the price.

Sturdy strap

Fit the BMX-style pedals i have on my fixed gear very well, and it seems like they would be pretty adaptable to any similar format pedals. The nylon material seems very tough and sturdy. I've ground the straps against some concrete more than once, and they still look fine. The sandwich of adhesive Velcro provides a very strong hold. Great for big and small shoes. I bet they could fit over anything except a snow boot. Quite capable of fitting skate shoes, and are very "gentle" on shoe exteriors (no scuffs). Having two adjustment straps lets you change the shape of the strap - the width of the opening/toe can be changed independently. My only complaint is that it takes some time to adjust the sizing. While the straps are able to fit all my shoes, it's not worth my time to change them every day that i wear a bigger/smaller pair. But, on those days, i don't mind just turning the pedals over and riding without the straps.

I switched to these from the toe style grip which would pinch my toes. these are very comfortable on my feet and allows me to keep my feet steady and increase my pedal power. the weight of the strap makes them a bit harder to "flip up" to get your foot in when starting so maybe their thinner strap would be easier. over all i am pleased as these required no extra hardware and worked on my current pedals.

the work better than toe clips

even tough my pedals weren't made for these i got them on and love them so now when I want to wear my winter shoes I'll just loosen the straps no problem! love them!

Put these on my old bike pedals, and then moved them over to my just purchased new bike. I use them mainly to help peddle up the steep hills of my neighborhood. Have held up well over several years. I am a 50 year old who rides for fun about 10 to 20 miles a week around the hood.

Doesn't slip through my pedals

I have 5 sets of pedals... This doesn't fit any of them. The openings on the end of the pedals where these are supposed to slip through are all to small/narrow... I am really disappointed as I really like the idea of having a shoe strap that goes over the middle of my shoe... I tried the plastic shoe clip and I really don't like just having the end of my foot clipped down... I like to have my arch on the middle of the pedal....So I was thinking that these would allow me to do that...
