Ideal item for connecting several devices to an A/C power line!

These GE power strips are ideal for connecting several items to one A/C power outlet! They are a surge protector as well and may help prevent damage to one's electronic devices should a powerful surge enter the A/C line! It is most important to note that when connecting electrical devices to the power strip, check the nomenclature plate on the device you are connecting as you NEVER want to connect any number of devices whose total combined current draw exceeds 15 AMPS!

Visibly Cheap and Lightweight, and hard to lay flat. But does the job for cheap

Even though I rated the sturdiness, cord length, and quality of material 3 or less stars each, overall this is a four star product for me. I think I chose it because it was the cheapest one, and it works. I have tried to hang them up, with the indentation in the back for it, but the weight of all the cords I have attached to it (5-6), along with the short cord length, makes it just sit at an awkward, hanging angle, or it just lays on the floor. Again, when its on the floor it might flip to the side because its not heavy enough to be stable. If your'e not broke, splurge on one of the other ones if you want, but for this price I'm happy with the purchase

Works for hairdryer, charger, and lamp

Material seems cheap BUT it's actually really good. I can have a lamp plugged in and on, my phone charging, and a hairdryer plugged in and on all at the same time, no issues. Obv be careful with this because strips heat up and can start fires quicker than they'll blow a fuse, so don't keep so many high power things plugged in when you're not there to keep an eye on it.

Inexpensive and Good

This does the job and protects from Surge well. I use it in the kitchen, where more volatile items must be plugged in. It covers my air fryer, microwave, water cooler, and toaster. I do not recommend Daisy Chain using multiple of these.

GE Power Strip

Heavy duty power strip. I was reconnected to the internet in less than an hour. I think this one will last!

cheap quality

the whole thing feels super flimsy and 4 out of the 5 sockets won't go in completely, which is pretty dangerous. there's no light to indicate whether it's on or off and it's honestly overpriced compared to what i could get at a local store like Canadian tire, but i was too busy with moving and bought everything online. I wish i could return it but sadly i've missed the return window.

1 week and already dead

Crackling sounds coming from the bar when i try to plug anything. Orange light light shown, tried to reset it to no avail. I only had a tv and a lamp plugged in it and after1 week since purchase this item is already broken. Won't bother to return for the price but wont buy from this brand again. Haven't tried to reach customer service so I cannot say anything bad about that. But the item itself is trash.

Well-functioning power strip with multiple outlets

This power strip has worked well for me thus far (I’ve only had it a few days), so I’m happy with the purchase. The outlets are a little close together, which doesn’t bother me, but if you have particularly large chargers, you won’t be able to fit as many other chords into the strip. Just a heads up! Anyway, I’m happy with the purchase for my purposes.

I miss the lit switch to show the power is on.

I wish the switch was more “snappy”. I would have liked a switch that lit up when the power is on. But the device works and the cord length is fabulous. Can’t have everything when trying to save money, I suppose.

Good length for my needs.

I needed a longer cord then usual to reach the nearest plug. Would have preferred that it had surge protection as well but hopefully I won’t need it.
