Good Pirate Shirt

The shirt was good for the pirate costume I was piecing together. I was able to wear it on and over my shoulders, and I liked the dramatic sleeves. I will say that I think the tag was on the wrong side. The tag was sewed onto the side of the shirt without the tail. I didn’t want the longer side in front so I cut off the tag. I’m giving it four starts because the shirt did itch a bit around the ruffles.

This was great for our town's annual Pirate Celebration

This was great for our town's annual Pirate Celebration. However I washed it one time and the top ruffle has started to come off of the elastic band. This is obviously something I won't be wearing often and I feel like I can repair the issue, so I gave it 4 stars. One thing to note that I didn't realize in the picture is that it is a lot longer in the back than in the front. It's still cute, but I didn't notice when I bought it so I figured I'd note it here for others who might have missed it too.

This 'pirate shirt' is SO comfy; it can be worn for almost ANY occasion. Let your instinct, imagination, and creative desire take the lead, for this shirt can bring out a/ the fashionista in you you never knew!

I'd like to caution when buying this item

It fit as expected. However, I'd like to caution when buying this item: the elastic around the forearms fit tightly. (As a sewer, I was able to fix that for myself.) Other than that, the item is great quality, at a decent price.

This shirt is great for my ren faire outfit

This shirt is great for my ren faire outfit. I was expecting something a little heavier duty than it is, but such is life. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't pretty much see through. I ordered a medium, I'm rather heavy chested but probably could have gotten a small, as the material is loose and stretchy.

Not bad but very see-through

Good shirt but extremely thin. It's seethrough. Not exactly what I was going for so I'll have to wear something under so you can't see my bra. But other than that it's really not bad. Fits just fine.

Not what I expected

It's white not the off white in the photo, see through, was not what I expected at all. It feels like a juniors size s which I am under the impression it was for adults. I'm hoping it will do the trick when I put my costume together and the shirt won't hike up into my corset. I wouldn't buy this again. I was really hoping for something more like the photo. What I received feels and looks like cheap material and runs small.
