These are a must for aches and pains.

I first found these several years ago at a gift shop in a hospital. Bought a tin and got good results. My spouses was in a hospital for 9 months and I was staying with him. I told the nurses about them and the gift shop couldn’t keep them in stock.

Can't live without these!

I have kept a supply of these on hand for years. I hope they never stop making them. Icy hot and salon pas patches really do nothing for me exceit make my skin tingly and make me smell like menthol. These smell great & definitely more subtle (you can wear them all day at work without reeking like a medicine cabinet) and, most importantly, THEY WORK! On everything from sore muscles, sports injuries, and even migraines & bad tension headaches (if you out them on the right spots on your back/neck/shoulders to address the source). I love that I can keep it on for 24 hours. These have never let me down, always make me feel better. I hope they never stop making them. If you deal with any pain issues, you really owe it to yourself to try these & give them a chance. Good luck!

Relieved my post covid joint pain

I got these for post covid joint pain and they're the only thing I've found that helps. They smell herbal and good, they're not particularly hot but do give a gentle warmth after wearing for a bit. I have very sensitive skin and they haven't left a mark or caused any reaction. If you're looking for something that will help bone deep aches inside the joints I really think these are worth a try. And I know that it -could- be placebo effect, but it seems unlikely given the amount of pain I was in vs little to no pain after wearing a patch or 2 for 12 hours. They work so well I bought a second tin.

I have a Morton's neuroma and an influencer I follow used these. So I thought I'd give it a try, plus other friends have good things to say about arnica. Well, I haven't noticed any reduction in pain from previous episodes of neuroma at this stage, but the placement of the patch cushions the area affected, so I think that helps. I'll be interested to see if it would help issues like headaches or carpel tunnel. It does have a pleasent scent, so that's a plus. and the fact you can cut to size, so you don't waste product. Will update in future.

Enables movement with pain reduction

I’m recovering from a dislocation fracture of my wrist...out of the cast for a couple of days. I was disappointed to find that although my bones have healed, I am dealing with significant pain if I twist or attempt to curl my fingers. This patch is amazing. Within half an hour, I found my pain levels dropped significantly. Pain is still there but not as sharp and jarring. Frankly, I’m amazed at how powerful these little patches are.

Excellent pain relief

These patches are fantastic. I had gotten one from my sister and after trying it bought this tin on Amazon. I use the patch on my aching hip and the pain is completely gone. So soothing and no need to take Advil.

Never would have believed these would work

Pleasantly surprised. Wife's buddy got her started on these and she brought some home for me to try. They work pretty well for small areas on my back and shoulders. Great for localized pain. Rotator cuff repair from years ago twinges once in a while. Slap one of these on and pretty soon you notice it doesn't hurt any more. Kinda sneaks up on you.
