Brother Genuine Toner - YES!

I only use Brother cartridges in my Brother printers and copier and have had ZERO issues in doing so. They may be a little more costly, but in the long run, I'm happy with no issues and no stress. Longevity depends somewhat on your machine's Settings. I set mine for a little lower quality to extend the life of the cartridge.

Just in time

I was out of toner and I was working on a project and ordered this one before my shaking the toner cartridge time ran out and it works great. I've tried off brand replacement toners before and have never been satified, they either leaked or streaked. I would buy this item again as I am pleased with it's performance

What I needed, best price I could find

A lot more economical then ink cartridges, it was genuine Brother and still going strong. Happy with purchase and will buy again.

Had to return first order but second works fine

When my toner cartridge arrived, it would not work--the printer kept telling me the toner was low and to replace it. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps, including updating my printer drivers, to ensure proper installation but nothing could get the cartridge to work. One reason I had chosen Amazon is that they were giving a great price on a Brother cartridge and is was frustrating that after waiting for it to arrive, it did not work and I STILL had to go to my local library (which can be up to an hour wait) to print things after my previous cartridge completely died. I started the return process and they shipped out a new cartridge the next morning and it did arrive more quickly than the first. I chose to have UPS pick up the first cartridge at my home and I appreciated the fact that returning it was not putting me out in terms of gas/time/expense. The second cartridge worked immediately. I would use Amazon for a cartridge in the future but would give myself more time next time around--the first cartridge arrived right as my old one stopped working so while I had my timing down perfectly, the bad first cartridge meant I was without a printer for several days waiting for the second one to arrive.

I can rely on this product.

This is the second time I have used this product and will continue. I was disappointed that inside the package was a return label but only for use to U.S. Why was a Canadian label not supplied. There should be two labels, one for each country.

Good product overall.

I bought a generic unit from this site, but returned it as my Brother printer would not recognize it. This one works. A cartridge lasts a long time as I do not print a lot, but I expect it to be good.

Je ne Peux pas retourner la cartouche usagée a Brother. Pas de collant pour le Canada. Par contre, si j'achète dans un magasin au Canada, la boite contient le collant pour retourner gratuitement du Canada. Je n'acheterai plus de cartouches a Amazon.ca

EASY AS PIE TO INSTALL!

Always use a Brother Toner Cartridge with a Brother Printer and you will see how easy it is to install. It took me less than a minute to install. Just make sure you have your printer on for 10 minutes before you install the new toner cartridge. The print quality is excellent. I saved quite a bit buying the Toner Cartridge from Memory house through Amazon. The delivery was fast and packaged well. I'm a happy customer.

Defective?

With the previous cartridge, everything was great and copies were pristine. Since the new cartridge, there’s a 2 mm line that gets printed down the left side of anything I print. So I’m not sure if it’s the printer or the cartridge but it never did this before this new cartridge.
