This is the OEM high capacity filter for Vanguards and others

This is the only filter we will use in our shop on Briggs Vanguard engines. It is bigger and flows more than the first filters used on the Vanguards. This can also help with oil in air filter issues if yours is not coming from a bad head gasket or bad seal. Great qu6too.

Exact replacement for Briggs & Stratton OE part #806232

Very pleased with this filter and pre-filter for my 42“ Husqvarna (23HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard motor) ride on mower. It is stamped with the Briggs and Stratton logo and also has the original equipment part number stamped into it of #806232. (You also have to purchase the green pre-filter part number #692520 separately available on Amazon for around $8.00)

Filter I needed for mower...almost 1/2 price

Finally found the correct Briggs & Stratton filter for my dads zero turn Simplicity mower. Part # on the filter is 806232. Can't find it anyplace. The new number as ordered thru Amazon is #692519...exact fit. Don't have to pay dealer price anymore. Fits the Vanguard 23 HP V-twin mower that he's had for 14 years. Hope this helps....
